Brookfield Comfort is not the right fit for customer's looking for throw away fashion. Multiple purchase motivation, for cheap items used just once does confuse us to be honest. The product materials need to be sourced, workers spend time putting them together, and sometimes in awful conditions. Then you have the transport between oceans and roads. They have their place with customers and businesses, but that's not for us. Our customers order online freely, knowing they can be returned easily, if not suitable. But with full intention to use them more than once, and fully enjoy all their benefits and comfort.

Hello Sallyanne. Sorry you feel this way and felt it easier to inform us via a review rather than directly from the website for explanation. We don't print return labels or any other printouts in the interest of the environment. We have many orders which are not returned, and this would just be a waste of resources. Return instructions are clearly indicated on the website where you purchased the product, as well as online chat, email address, contact form and direct telephone number. Please refer to the returns instructions found on the header of the website or contact us if need assistance. We reply straight away.
If it isn't broken, DON'T fix it.
You did what it said on the tin with no messing about

Poor quality shoes
Ordered school shoes for my son which were very comfortable, exchanged them for a bigger size no problem. After 2 months of wear the entire front half of the sole came away from one shoe. My son is careful with his shoes and we have never had an issue like this before. I contacted customer services who said they could offer me £20 off a new pair - considering they cost around £60 and have fallen apart after two months, I will not be taking them up on their offer. Not impressed and will avoid in future as quality is clearly poor.

Sorry you feel this way. We also contacted the supplier and agreed with our conclusion. We are always assessing quality of our products. In this case, due to the shoes being worn for that period of time, and the expense already incurred by ourselves for free postage and return back and forth, we offered a discount on another pair this time round. This was after wearing them for 2 months, but respect your views and will take it into consideration.
Wrong size shoes
I ordered a pair of size ten shoes and they arrived promptly. However, they seemed far too large when I checked them against some other size ten shoes they were clearly a lot larger. They were labelled as size 10 but I reckon they were a size 12. It's probably not Brookfield Comfort's fault, if their supplier made a mistake. They refunded the cost, less the postage. but overall, it was still a disappointing experience.

First purchase with this company.
I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals that were a very good price in the sale. I was notified two hours later that the sandals had been dispatched and I have received them today, less than two days after placing the order. I am delighted with the ease of ordering, the price, the product and the speed of delivery. I would strongly recommend.

Don’t order your shoes with this company!
I ordered a pair of shoes for the first time from Brookfields. When they arrived I noticed a significant difference in size and fit on a pair of size 6. When I contacted customer service they were helpful in assisting in the return process. I asked for a replacement pair but got a refund instead and the postage cost was deducted from my refund. I don’t agree with the company policy of not refunding the postage costs if the items were sent out faulty. Customer service said in their opinion the difference in size was acceptable which i think is ridiculous. 2 different sized shoes with almost a 1 cm visible difference in height.
