Bought shoes that did not fit, never wore them. Tried to return them and they wanted pictures. I sent them pictures and they ghosted me.

Same experience as everyone else. I wish I had dug deeper on google because everything seemed legit. The coat is cute -if it was $20 not $120!!!! Steer clear

Based on your reviews, I decided not to order a jacket from Brooklyn outfitters
I recently had a a similar experience as your reviews are saying re Brooklyn outfitters that was located in China and the return cost was exorbitant. Therefore I had to keep the dress. Unfortunately the dress is in the garage.

This company is a big scam. I also bought a coat which was 145.00 I got a Michael Kors coat for half the price at Marshals way better quality. I will never order from them again. I also was told the same crap as all these other people on here. They are false advertising. Stay clear.

We just got a winter coat delivered today but it was the cheapest, thinnest weight, way below par quality. It took twice as long as they said shipping would take even as it was coming from China per tracking info. It was vacuum packed so the big fluffy coat was crushed into a brick and the wrinkles may never come out. We paid $135 for a coat "on sale" w/ bonus discount that was not worth over $75.

We knew it might just be a China website but we took the chance, not imaging it would be as cheap a product as we got. Returns are allowed but you must pay for them and they must go back to China with a minimum shipping $25 cost. There is no guarantee it will be accepted for refund so you could be out even more money returning it. (read the fine print on the site)

Bottom line = They will send you something but it will not be a bargain. It will be worth no more than 50% of what you paid so if that is good enough, then risk it. None of us who did would do that again.

We are going to donate the new coat to charity as it is literally just better than nothing.

The material is cheap and ill fitting. The customer support email didn't work and I had to contact the main email. It promised returnable terms but the cost to ship to China is prohibitive. I strongly recommend not buying from this brand.

IT'S A SCAM. THEIR WEB SITE GUARANTEES 100% RETURNS. WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU ARE TOLD THAT IT MUST BE RETURNED TO CHINA. THE SHIPPING LABEL DOES NOT INDICATE IT WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA, BUT THEY MAKE YOU RETURN IT TO CHINA ON YOUR DIME. OR THEY WILL GIVE YOU 15% CASH BACK. SO LETS SEE I PAID 146.00 AND THEY WILL GIVE ME BACK 22.00 WHAT A RIP OFF!!

The products are shipped from China, so don’t expect to receive it quickly. The quality of the merchandise is so poor and the proportions of the coat were odd. The sleeves were very wide and open, providing no coverage in the cold and the material was extremely thin and poorly made. The return process is ridiculous. Not only do you need to contact them in writing but you need to provide a photo of the item before they will even consider the return. The return costs are on the customer and they advise you that since you’re returning to China the minimum cost will be $25 and you could not be assured that it will actually arrive so pay for extra insurance. The whole operation is a scam.

Their website says " We offer a 60 day money back guarantee, if the product doesnt meet your exceptions, simply return it for a full refund". The product was NOT up to my expectations and just after ONE day I asked for a refund and I was told I could get 10 % back and I said ,no, I want a full refund, then I got, this response "International returns can take several weeks, and if a parcel is delayed or lost, unfortunately no refund can be issued, as refunds are only processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
