Brooks and Kirk Avis 

Brooks and Kirk have enabled me to gain a qualification that is going to further my career within my sector. The Brooks and Kirk team have been so efficient from start to finish. What I absolutely love the most is how well the communication has been, always checking up to see if I need any help or just any questions to ask in general. If I ever emailed with a query someone would respond that day or the next by the latest. Super quick with marking work and will provide good helpful feedback. Very happy with this company and would carry out another course with this company if needs be.

I have completed two courses with Brooks and Kirk. Everyone at the company are very friendly and supportive (Justas and Molly in particular). Student support is maintained well, with regular check ins, to see if any hep is required. Markers/assessors are quick at marking work and giving feedback. The portal to upload work is very easy to use. The only point where I feel there could be improvement is making the courses more engaging. At times, I wasn't engaged and this made me take longer to get through the course. I guess it's hard as it is distant learning for you to do this. I also found some of the work we had to do monotonous but I suppose the learning outcomes have to be covered somehow.

I previously did a course with another provider that was shocking to say the least. I have since done two courses with Brookes and Kirk who have been excellent throughout despite the fact I did my courses duirng lockdown they have always been quick to respond and answer any questions I have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The EPA Course was really flexible, as it enabled me to access it around my other commitments. It was delivered in a thoroughly professional manner, by Brooks and Kirk, full of key information all presented in a friendly open manner! Brilliant course - highly recommend!!

The B&K staff are very helpful and supportive and the online CAVA course I took was put together well. It really focussed on what was required to achieve the award, so if you are looking for a wider curriculum or more interactive experience then this is probably not for you. If, however, you are like me and simply need to get accredited in the shortest time possible then I doubt that any other courses are better.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and received a lot of support throughout. The tutors were always on hand if I needed guidance throughout the course and they were always quick to respond.
I am very happy that I have completed this course through Brooks and Kirk.

Having the option to do work at your own pace, whenever time permitted made it the ideal way for me to complete the CAVA. The course was excellent with plenty of help available, if required, throughout the different stages.

I first completed my CAVA course and enjoyed it so much I did my AET. I can’t recommend this company enough. I was able to complete it within a few weeks as a lot of the units are transferable. The lesson delivery day was done over zoom due to Covid restrictions which was great and went really smoothly.

Online learning was a new concept to me, as I was brought up in the 'old school model of being taught in a classroom, with me taking notes and learning through this method.
So, initially it was a difficult experience for me, but through the regular phone calls and emails from Brooks and Kirk, I felt very supported and encouraged to progress with my Level 3 Cava Course until I completed it in January 2021.

So, all in all, Brooks and Kirk is a great place to learn at your own pace for the Level 3 Cava course. They have a friendly, helpful, and proactive customer services team, accessible assessors, great learning resources and give a quick response to emails and call enquiries.

I'm now doing an AET Teaching course through them. I highly recommend Brooks and Kirk as a place to learn.

My only regret is I can't apply for a job with your firm - you're too far south for it to be feasible, just now! If you open branches in Newcastle, I'll be hounding until I'm sat at a desk!
