My experience with Jack at Bross Home could not have been better! I had a custom 3’x5’ steel wall (approx 40 lbs) art designed by Jack using a couple of photos I emailed him. He was able to create exactly what I was looking for using 14g steel in a brushed metal rustic finish. The link to payment was easy, he kept me posted every step of the way and from first email to hanging on my wall was less than 2 weeks! The art came with mounting hardware, and arrived via DHL. It is exactly what I want!

Installing the light tracts could be improved. Installers must be cautious when pulling their electrical line to avoid it running or getting caught on the customer’s cultured stone on the house. One of ours had been broken off.
The installers were kind and respectful.

My spanking brand new Bross metal wall clock was delivered very speedily yesterday on Thursday, February the 19th by FedEx. It came very securely packaged with shipping tape and ample amount of protective Styrofoam. And as for the clock itself, I found it to be a beautiful, distinctive, quality-made, eye-catching piece of art. I proudly mounted it on the wall in my living room, and it looks great! I'm looking forward to the years ahead as that clock silently and majestically displays the time of day, 24/7.
