Browaid products are a staple in my make up bag.
Browaid products are a staple in my make up bag, I have a few favourite's like the The Hero (brow mascara) The brow blade and now my new favorite The Brow Blueprint which is just genius, I get so many compliments when I wear it.
The SOS is a must too for keeping my lashes & brows hydrated in between treatments.
I probably have better brows now in my 40’s than I did in my 20’s.

Game changing brow products
I’ve been using Brow Boost and the SOS for a long time and I can honestly say I’m so impressed with the results.
Brow Boost has made a noticeable difference in fullness – especially in areas that were sparse from years of over-plucking. My brows look thicker and healthier without looking unnatural. Best of all it lasts all day!
SOS has been amazing for conditioning and keeping my brows feeling strong and nourished. It’s lightweight, not sticky and has really made a difference to my brows and lashes.

Absolutely terrible product
Absolutely terrible product, almost scam like actually. The bottle is completely dry, you cannot get hair like strokes like supposedly shown in the videos. The brow recovery mask is also just as useless. If you too would like to waste your money then go ahead and buy this.

From your description, it sounds like the product may simply need to be cleaned according to the care instructions. When residue builds up from oils / makeup , and so it can prevent the applicator from delivering product properly and affect the hair-like strokes shown in our videos. A gentle clean using a water wipe (following the provided care guide )typically restores full performance.
The same applies to the brow recovery mask — ensuring it’s stored and applied as directed makes a significant difference in results.

We’re really sorry to hear that this was your experience — that’s certainly not what we want for any of our customers.
If the bottle appears dry or isn’t creating the fine hair-like strokes as expected, it’s often due to air tight lid not being clicked closed , or product buildup in the applicator from foundation / oils on skin . A quick clean following the care instructions usually resolves this and allows the formula to flow properly again.
We absolutely stand by our products, and when used and maintained as directed, they perform as demonstrated. We’d love the chance to help you get the results you were hoping for.

Just good marketing
These products have nothing special, except for a good packaging and excellent marketing. I've tried 3 different Grow aid products and really can't see what the fuss is about. They are not worth the price.
