I am struggling with Brown Living
Updating this to 3 stars. The products themselves are excellent, well sourced. But long shipping time and poor support. Order well in advance and wait. It will happen eventually.
(I updated the review on may 23. Received their response on June 11th. That itself tells you everything. Though I appreciate they are considering my feedback.)
Earlier review- I am struggling with Brown Living. On the one hand I admire the mission and the products look beautiful but fulfillment is lacking.
I ordered three products for my sisters birthday. I requested a birthday message and was told that was not possible. I requested the bill not be included and again was told no. And now the products are arriving one by one, not even in one parcel, with no sender indicated.
After over 1 week only a bar of soap has arrived all by its ownsome.
No indication on the website when the glass bird or earrings will arrive. Customer service cannot be reached. No number to call. WhatsApp number does not answer the call or respond to messages.
If this is brown living, next time I’ll pick some other colour.
