A Little About Us.... I'm Bruno and my sister is Bonnie we are two tiny Chihuahuas that love pet fashion and dressing up (obviously we need mommy's help with this)! So during the first lockdown we chatted with mommy & daddy and we decided to start BRUBONCHI..... ( BRU short for Bruno, BON short for Bonnie & CHI cus that's what we are,,,, hehe CHIHUAHUAS! ). We are a family run small business, living in and loving our home in South Wales, UK. Everything that you see on our website is selected by us and ofcourse Mommy... Taking all of the latest fashion and trends into account we try our best to cater for everyones taste, we keep a good range of stock in house and also have suppliers that are based in the UK and overseas. We currently have an unrivalled selection of clothing and accessories for pets - cats, dogs, birds and small animals, with sizes to fit us and up to 9XL! Now that's a big pet.... We really hope you enjoy browsing through our Collections and like our choices. Product ok but won't order again
It arrived 2 weeks late and I thought this was due to the mail strikes but when it arrived it said it had come from China! I could have bought the same coats from ebay alot cheaper. Won't be using again even though the coats are lovely but not worth £40.

Hi Nicola, I’m sorry you feel dissatisfied and our website clearly states that we have international suppliers one of which is in Hong Kong! You ordered on the 7th Dec which was a Saturday! Your order was then generated on the 9th! If I’d have had the stock here you would have received this within the same week (strikes permitting). We do not post or generate orders at the weekend, again our website states this! So given that the Royal Mail have had horrendous backlogs, it has also been Christmas time (bank holidays) and coming from our international supplier you received your goods on the 28th Dec! Again our website clearly states that on some occasions receiving goods could take upto 4 weeks! We are in the process of addressing this and cutting shipping times. On the subject of your fur babies jackets they are £17.50 each not £40! I gather you purchased two which I’m glad you are happy with, I would like to ask you kindly not to rate the quality of our products in the same category as eBay goods!
I would be happy to give you a discount should you choose to shop with us again, if so contact me through email or our website to obtain your discount code.
