Very friendly Alistair arrived on time, explained exactly what he would do and how. Full survey of a very dilapidated house at a very reasonable price. Report issued quickly; lots of photos and accompanying written explanations and in such a way as will make it easy for a builder to see what's required and quote accordingly. Also recommended potential tradesmen for the jobs, so hopefully won't get "cowboyed". Would definitely use again.
