No return processed

No return processed - and no refund.
The item was purchased for my husband and he did not like it, so I asked for refund. I receive a response that they don't have any warehouse to process their returns. That should not be a reason to not process a return. I still cannot return the product and get a refund. Disappointed.

I hardly got to use the product twice…

I hardly got to use the product twice before I went away for 2 months, came back and it wouldn't even charge no matter how long I leave it on charge.

I'm truly disappointed. I want my money back or the product replaced.

First delivery product was defective

The initial delivery product was defective. They agreed to issue a full refund, which I am looking forward to receiving. They even offered to replace or refund the product. The customer service provided was good.

It shows the battery works for 10 hrs…

It shows the battery works for 10 hrs but I used it 4 times for 10, 10 minutes and the device is dead.
Also, the oil thingy doesn't work it uses less.
I am very disappointed with my purchase.

2nd product that is faulty

Fine, customer service appears to be efficient, but this is my second faulty product that has failed to work after not very long. The first hair brush I had for 2 weeks and then it never turned back on, the bristles on second brush have stopped moving and this is my third time using it. I couldn't find my negative rating on their website. Perhaps they only post the 4 and 5 star reviews.

Product didn't work

I ordered the hair massager brush. It arrived on time. I charged the item as instructed but it didn't work. I emailed the customer service and they responded in 1 hour and asked me for a video. Once provided they confirmed the its defective and refunded my money promptly. Though the product didn't work but they cared enough to respond and refund hence the 3 stars
