I ordered a cavitation machine on May…

I ordered a cavitation machine on May 7th. The website stated I would receive my order in 4-5 business days. My expected delivery day was May 15th. I did a little research and saw the company us in Florida so I thought it was all accurate. Here it is June 2nd, and I still haven't received my order. I haven't even received a delivery date. Although, and rep does respond to my emails, I'm not given any delivery details. They did admit the website is dishonest since the products are shipped from China. I was never going to get delivery in 4 or 5 days. At this point I don't know if I will receive my oder at all. They don't seem to care that I am dissatisfied with no product received. I would definitely order from a more transparent, honest company. I am wondering how long I wait before I report being scammed.

Arrived earlier than predicted

Arrived earlier than predicted. Was packed very securely. Plug n play/easy to use. Is going to save me alot of money over the course of time.im very very pleased and excited!! You should sell or supply the RF gel as well.

RED FLAG

I never got my package and the company don't have any number where to communicate with someone. They never sent any information of the shipped package. Extremley dissapointed

I never got the product. Be aware of a ghost company without a customer service number. Be aware of a company that is pleased with their product be delivered to a random parking lot and not the actual address on the order. Be aware of a company that doesn't have any respect for their customers, neither for their own products, that they send without any security for them to get at the right hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Worst experience ever. I feel I got rob twice, by Fedex and by this company. I even have to report them to the police.

The package was shipped on time and delivered by FedEx, as confirmed by the tracking information Tracking Number 880277061795.

Unfortunately, it appears you were the victim of a porch piracy incident — a growing issue that affects many online shoppers today.

Because the package was marked as delivered on the carrier’s system, we were required to request a police report in order to file an insurance claim and recover the cost.

As soon as we received the police report from you, we immediately issued a full refund — even though, to this day, the insurance company has not yet reimbursed us.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience you went through, even though the situation was beyond our control.
At no time did we deny assistance; we followed the proper procedures to protect your rights as a customer and ensure you received your money back.

We understand how upsetting it is not to receive a package, but we did solve the situation fully in your favor, returning your full payment.

Literally terrible

Literally terrible, they sent me the wrong item and then proceeded to lie to me about them resending me the item I needed, when it was in fact sold out the whole time. I ordered my item almost a month ago and never got it . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will straight up lie to you and tell you it's shipped

To avoid further inconvenience, we refunded you in full and also allowed you to keep the incorrect item for free, as a courtesy gesture.
