SCAM! I purchased an item through btsofficialstore.com and immediately noticed something was wrong when the payment went to ´´William Jame 8kx´´and the email in the receipt is ´´williamjamesrich..hotmail.com´´. Had to cancel my card and open a dispute.
Ordered on the 25th January and have still not received anything, not had a response to my email and now get a message to say my account cannot be accessed and they are opening a new site. Absolute joke quick to take money from customers and now have to dispute with bank to get a refund.

BTS delivery company , avoid at all costs , unreliable, rude, unhelpf and totally unprofessional . Customer service is non existent , they dont deliver when they say , so you lose the delivery fee and when you have to rearrange because of their mistakes you’re charged again or the alternative which they offer straight away, is cancel and pay a cancellation fee. They make money either way even without delivering . Great way to earn money BTS and DUSK.COM use them and they offer you no support or back up either . They’re ok advertising on all social platforms but take your money and do absolutely nothing else other than let you down and blame BTS, DONT use either they’re a waste of money

stay away! iT IS A SCAM! Purchase item back in November 2018 and yet to receive the item. Tried to contact them but was given a generic automated response. No way of contacting them as there is no information on their website. Furthermore their instagram site has recently been removed. You have been warned!
I have bought the BTS `LOVE YOURSELF' white hoodie for an high quality. The website sell BTS merch for an amazing price and even though its so good I wish that the delivery was quicker. I understand that theres a lot of ARMYs out there who wants to buy BTS goods quickly before it runs out. However, I wish that the delivery was a bit quicker. Overall, the BTS official shop is an outstanding website. You can always trust good quality websites like this. and the website is so organized.

I bought the official BTS lightstick at the end of December last year. It was shipped out quickly (especially as it was around Christmas and New Years) and got to me a few weeks later. Problem was the top of the lightstick that needed to be removed to insert batteries was stuck and it would not open.
I emailed the store on their customer service email and asked if it would be possible to send the item back as it was broken and either receive a refund or get a replacement. I didn't receive a reply so I emailed again a few days later. I still didn't receive a reply so I opened a dispute with Paypal to try and get through to the store that way but they still didn't respond! Eventually after a couple of weeks I raised my dispute with Paypal to a claim as a final measure and the day after I raised the claim I received a refund from the store. I never received a message from the customer services or any acknowledgement of my complaint, only the refund. I would not recommend using this store and I certainly will never be using them again.
