The customer service is awesome ! A balloon I ordered for my mum arrived burst ( in transit ) I called up bubblegum customer service and they were apologetic ( although not their fault ) and arranged a replacement for a timed delivery the next morning !

Ordered some balloons for my sons 9th birthday, really good quality and arrived as expected and on time. Only things i would add is i wanted to have the possibility to change the bundle of balloons i selected but this would have been much more expective so settled for the bundle i choose. Would be nice to be able to for example select a different colour for the number in the bundle

Absolute love this company. So professional and amazing results. Love love love. So classy.

Box was dented on arrival and DPD just left outside of the door without ringing the bell. That aside, the balloons themselves were as expected. Still going after 7 days, though the printed ones are a little deflated. The heart shaped ones are still as new.

We purchased a tractor shape balloon for my 93 year old uncle’s birthday. He and others in his care home thought it was fabulous and amazingly realistic. Ordering was easy and delivered on time.

Balloons were deflated on arrival so wasnt fit for purpose. A dissappointing surprise for my 6 year old and a waste of that amount of money.

Ordered a lovely half balloon arch, delivery was direct to the venue and arrived on time. Lorraine and team saved the day helping with a few extras that we needed help with on the day with a few hours to go before the event started. Could be more happy with their above and beyond customer service.

Fantastic service and great quality products. This was our second time to use this company. Website very easy to navigate and use. Seeing the video of our granddaughter's reaction when pulling her Winnie the Pooh balloons out of the box, well it was well worth the money spent. Delivery was exactly on time, well packaged and the balloons themselves stayed inflated for more than a week. Couldn't ask for better.
