My furniture was damaged and they are very expensive

Allan in the office was great, and we would recommend Budget Box. Good for situations that don’t have space to get a shipping container in.

It worked fine and easy. It was a good service.

So incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. You are always in good hands. I've been using them for years now.

Great service, friendly staff

First class experience with these guys! Prompt communication, really helpful and accommodating. We had to change our delivery date three times and it was no problem, so shout out to Allan who helped us make that happen. Also shout out to Chris who delivered our box to a difficult site an hour from Hobart and helped us unpack. We're really appreciative and would definitely recommend BudgetBox!

Great to deal with

This system and company is the best and it’s such a great concept. Had my goods stored for 2.5 years after thinking I’d only need the storage for a few months.
One comment; if you are going to have goods in storage for a long time, the goods at the front of the box (near door) can get very dusty.
I love this company and can’t recommend them enough. They are fabulous.

Fantastic service! Their deliveries of the unit are punctual and the drivers are professional and accountable. They answer calls and emails promptly and don’t leave anything to be desired.

The drop off was great and worked well, although we ahd specified a set time and the driver advised he had other work and it wouldn't be able to at the time booked.

Some water damage, although this was not given a credit/refund for the cancellation of our booking was straight forward and the money refunded for the last month we had paid in advance.

Access was always an isssue, and even when it was booked to have access we would have to wait as someone would have forgotten to get it down ready to access.

Overall, for a budget service was fine and would likely use again if the need arose.

Job well done .. apart from broken chair leg.. could have occurred in travel..

Really expensive. Initially booked assistance for two hours for two boxes but only one showed up due to a breakdown so only had assistance with one box. Monthly storage costs are pricey for the size of container - more so than regular storage which you can access. During the storage period the invoicing system added and extra gst charge not previously quoted or allowed for - which was fixed up when questioned. Return of items was also extremely pricey as you are hit with delivery costs of containers and if unloading is required you need to book per box which was also really expensive given the unload is from a box. Unfortunately the return delivery instructions, though given directly and via text, were not correctly carried out as they were cited as unclear. Overall, probably wouldn't recommend this over regular storage.

Note: Alan, thanks for the response/apology. I am sorry I experienced poor service. Also, whilst checking your processes note that I was not contacted over the past month to arrange any due refund for the proportion of the month paid in advance unused. So the account was paid up to the end of this month but I moved from storage on 06/07. So essentially using less than a week but paying for 4. This is not really something i will bother following up as this appears to be part of a broader culture issue at your organisation.

I am happy with my interaction with the staff I have encountered at Budget Box Mobile Storage. They are always very helpful and professional.
I found Allan always replied to my emails with the relevant information I required.
The Storage Box was ready on time for me to pack my goods and the price for hire was very competitive. I would highly recommend their services to any potential customer based on my experience.

When I picked up my things, quite a few items were damaged, fridge, timber bed, cd/dvd storage cabinet, tallboy, bedside drawers, they were in perfect condition before they touched them. They used courier drivers to load the big wooden boxes, not furniture specialists.
I don't recommend at all.
