Great price and a great unit. The bottom of the frame got a little bent during shipping, but it doesn’t affect how it works. I'll definitely order from Budget Heating again.

I ordered a compressor and am very satisfied with the entire order process.Communication was great and all follow up through the placing of the order and receiving it. Price was the best, the care and professionalism of the pack and ship was Ace #1 ! Complements to the Team preparing the packaging! Soldered port caps , very smart and needed to presserve the internal oil from coming out during the transit process, A fantastic packing, strong boxes, thick insulation, and well built wood framing!

Budget priced Rheem high efficiency HVAC system.
Ordered the system over the holidays so wait time was quite long. I received a call from budget saying the furnace packaging had been damaged and there was a little cosmetic damage on the side panel.
They said they would take $100 dollars off the price if I accepted the shipment. Since the alternative was to reorder, and wait a few weeks longer, I decided to accept. It’s a mild winter in California but I didn’t want to push my luck having no central heating.
I was contacted by multiple employees during the process and everyone was professional and efficient. I was able to track the shipment door to door and was given advanced warning before the driver arrived, so I didn’t have to stay home all day.

Service was very good. I received the part on time.

Everything was delivered quickly and without any issues or damage. I have not yet installed the equipment, however I have unpacked / inspected all the items and everything seems to be in good shape.
Only complaint is I ordered a complete heat pump split system and a liquid line drier filter. The system came with an additional filter but was not in the description. The filter I ordered will not work with R454b but in the listing, nothing was listed as to which refrigerants it could be used with. I had to check the manufactures website to get this information.

Grateful for the Air Scrubber product that we were able to easily order and get mailed to us! Looking forward to getting it installed to get rid of mold and allergens. Unfortunately the instructions were not very comprehensive, so we need extra support to get it installed. It also didn't come with the transformer that's needed for installation, so we have to order that part separately. And the part took a week and a half to get to us, and might have taken even longer if I hadn't called about it. It said it wasn't even shipped a week after I ordered it. They say they didn't have it in stock. Overall, grateful for the product, but running into some issues in the meantime.

I received the correct part, appears to be good quality at a fair price.
The only issue was It was scheduled for pick up at a location 2 hours from me. I thought it was to be delivered to my address. I called and tis was resolved.

It would’ve been a 5 star but after purchase I was informed the company used to ship my unit would not be able to get to my house. Mind you Amazon fed ex and everyone else can.

Very good communication. My unit got a few small dents in transit to them and they notified me before sending it to me to ensure I still wanted it. They took pics and video so I could see the dents. I agreed to still receive it and they took a little off the price. They packed it very well for transport to me and the delivery was on time and not difficult to schedule (except for the 4 hour window lol). Overall, I was very impressed with Budget Heating and Air Conditioning. They fill a niche for homeowners wanting to buy their own units and not pay the ridiculous prices to HVAC companies. More people should do this!

Did not come with relay. Had to purchase additional parts to install. It does seem to be helping with the air quality in the house!

Everything went fine. Dominic worked with the tech to download a service manual and to ship a replacement part.
