Budget Removals London ltd Avis

Have hired these guys twice. I found them much more reliable than an alternative I tried on Airtasker, where it all didn't fit so we had to take two trips and pay for the extra hours. With Budget Removals, however, they handled both a big move and a smaller move with equal efficiency. They are personable, and will disassemble and treat with care anything that you need. Recommend!

A deeply upsetting moving experience — I would urge caution

I had a terrible experience with this removal company and want to share what happened so that other customers can make an informed decision before booking.

From the outset, the approach to removing belongings from my home felt frantic. Despite repeated requests to put down carpet protection, the team did not do so at either the property I was leaving or the property I was moving into. It was extremely frustrating to have a straightforward request to protect both homes ignored.

Throughout much of the move, the person leading the team was shouting at his staff. He also shouted directly at me. I found his behaviour deeply upsetting, and I wanted to call the police. This went beyond dissatisfaction with the service: I was seriously concerned about how I was being treated in my own home.

Moving home is already stressful. Having my repeated requests ignored and being shouted at directly made this an extremely unpleasant experience.

Based on what happened, I would urge anyone considering this company to take these concerns seriously before booking.

Great team. Very efficient.

This is the second time that I have used the services for moving flats and I am really as happy as the first time. Fast, efficient, polite, trustworthy and professional, overall excellent service. Highly recommend!

Fast and reliable. Im gratefull

Great guys efficient professional and friendly

Rob and team did my moves for a second time and I was just as happy with their service as I was the first time. They handle everything with care and speed which made the move itself go very smoothly. I would highly recommend the.

I can’t recommend Budget Removals highly enough. They moved me from a large ground-floor one-bedroom flat in London to a terraced house in Kessingland, Suffolk, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish.

The team arrived exactly on time, were incredibly friendly, professional, and worked efficiently throughout the day. They took great care with all of my belongings, especially my mirrored furniture, which they carefully wrapped in protective sheets before loading everything onto the van.

Everything arrived safely without any damage, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Moving can be stressful, but their professionalism, care, and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier.

If you’re looking for a reliable, careful, and friendly removal company, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Budget Removals.

Excellent! The guys were so helpful, polite and friendly! Took all my furniture apart and re-assembled it, moved everything carefully and it all arrived in one piece. I didn't have to lift a finger! Would highly recommend

Reliable, trustworthy, courteous & helpful. Highly recommended.

These guys are professional, efficient and personable. They work smart and kept open communication with us at all times. Excellent price too.

Good communication. Prompt and reliable. Efficient service with good removal staff and good value for the service. Highly recommend.

Brilliant removal company they were on time, extremely efficient and supported in our move with no hiccups. Kris, Slawek and Kordian, made the experience so smooth and we would definitely recommend A+++

Robert was very punctual and helped me move house without any issues and problems
I highly recommend him

Rob's team made my move incredibly easy. He was quick to respond with a great price and provided excellent communication throughout. The team showed up on time and worked incredibly hard.

A special shout-out to the Polish-speaking gentleman (sorry, I didn't catch his name) who packed my kitchen and fragile items(my perfumes), and glassware were all securely wrapped in bubble wrap. They managed a full pack and move between 9 am and 12 pm, including reassembling my furniture. Highly recommended!

We had crazy high quotes to move out of our 2 bed flat but had a reasonable one from Budget Removals London. They were great, the guys were efficient and friendly and we got all moved in by 1530 which I thought was great considering we moved 2 hours away from our original house. I would highly recommend the team at Budget Removals London.

I have used Budget Removals for my last 2 moves and they've been fantastic! Very efficient, professional and friendly and the most cost effective option I could find. Would happily use them again

Genuinely a very good service!
I needed to move my 2-bedroom flat's furniture into storage. A whole team showed up, disassembled things and moved it within all within a couple of hours.
Seemed like incredible good value for the price we paid.

Robert, Kris and team were excellent with our move. They helped us by providing additional boxes for storage and were very quick and professional on the day of the move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to move.

Very professional service. Efficient and being careful with furniture and belongings. Affordable price for a top service. Will recommend to anyone looking for a removal company
