Born 2010 in the heart of London, our company serves a clientele list of individuals, private sector offices, government authorities, and international companies. Our services include home moves, flat moves, office moves, student moves, international moves, dismantling and reassembling furniture, supply of packing materials, luggage transfers as well as sea and air cargo service. We offer a standard high roof transit vans for light moves and a luton van with a tail lift option for loading and unloading heavy items. Customer care and satisfaction has always been a priority.

I might as well have just hired a van for the day by myself.
Booked budgetemovalsuk.co.uk via manwithavan.co.uk
15 minutes after booking (a week in advance of the move) they emailed me asking to reschedule for an hour earlier.
When the day comes they turned up 4 hours late (3 hours later than the originally booked time).
They rushed the loading of the van despite me asking them to be careful with some fragile items. They told me they'd double-booked and needed to hurry to meet the next appointment.
When we arrived at the destination, they dumped everything in a pile on the floor and demanded the money then left. I had to spend the next two hours carrying everything into the apartment by myself.
It's clear manwithavan and budgetremovalsuk have zero vetting of their movers. No better than just dialing a number off of a handwritten advertisement on a lamppost.

In London one of them is keeping time as traffic is highly challenging and the routes our vans take can be limited, in addition some jobs exceed the time they were booked for by our customers. Despite this we always try to keep a back up incase of breakdowns, injuries, or jobs overlapping because of underestimating the amount of hours our customers book for a job. However there are some days during the summer which are extremely busy and we try our best to keep all of our customers happy and delays occur. We would like to change your opinion on your next booking with us, please remind us with the details of your last booking.
