Bud Rescue and Recovery Ltd Avis 

I broke down on a country lane and my breakdown cover arranged for this company to come get me.
I only had to wait just over an hour and the guy that came and got me was so lovely. I'm sorry I cannot remember his name! He was polite and chatty, just made the whole experience a lot more relaxed. When he took me to the garage he spoke to the mechanics to advise what he assumed to be the problem so they knew what to look for. 10/10 thank you so much for your genuine and superb service! We broke down over the weekend in my work vehicle Bud Rescue were nominated by my breakdown cover to get us back to our warehouse, we were picked up by Klodian , he let us know when he was 10 mins away and from the moment he arrived he was amazing , I’ve been in a few recovery trucks over the years and his was immaculate , he even put the aircon on for us as could tell we’ve been out in the heat for a few hours ( lead time not his fault one bit ) even though the van was broken he took so much care and attention loading it to not cause any damage and explained the process the entire time , he is a credit to your company

My sprinter van had to be transported by the RAC from Herts to Fife in central Scotland, and they
contracted BUD to do the job. Boy am I glad they did, as the driver Malek managed the whole journey
in just 24hours and was at my door at 8am sharp the next day. Compared to the journey in the
other direction with a different firm which took 2 weeks.

Malek helpfully removed the drivers seat and brought it into the house for me as I asked(I'm disabled and drive from a wheelchair) He was courteous and friendly and I couldn't fault the guy in any way.

Superb service from start to finish. Our problems of recovery which to us seemed unsurmountable were dealt with professionally, speedily and with an excellent outcome. The rescue driver, Colin, was well organised, professional and took great care when lifting our motorhome onto his truck. We thoroughly recommend this business.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Bud. The lovely lady who first contacted me was helpful and supportive from the start.

Due to no fault of theirs I needed two recovery vehicles both drivers where helpful and knew what needed to be e done.

Thanks Bud Rescue and Recovery - especially Piotr - for rescuing us when our car broke down in 3 lanes of traffic. Excellent service. Piotr called to let us know he was on his way, turned up when he said he would, and took great care of us and our car. After dropping us off of the locals clapped him cos of his expert driving down narrow streets and turning so our car - which at this point could only reverse - could safely park. Friendly and professional, excellent service. Thank you!

My wife and I and our pug were stuck on the hard shoulder of the M1 after one of our car's tyres blew. Our normal roadside rescue service sub contracted our rescue to a company called BUD rescue.

The BUD rescue truck turned up and was operated by Piotr, who turned out to be one of the most helpful people we have ever met in such circumstances. He was so considerate towards my wife who has severe mobility issues. Piotr was extremely polite, helpful and a calming influence during a very stressful afternoon.

Bud Rescue really are the best car recovery team in the UK. They are very efficient, got the job done professionally and I didn't have to worry about anything. My car was stuck in the basement of a car park and they managed to move it out out and tow it to its destination. Their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend them.

Well, breaking down on an A road at 8 months pregnant was not what I had expected after work. I am so thankful for Piotr at Bud Rescue for his prompt arrival and reassuring nature, a lovely personal service when I was feeling vulnerable and anxious about my car and how I was going to make it home. I highly recommend Bud, and have already told everyone I know that if they are stuck, these are the guys to use! I hope that I'm never in this situation again, but if I were to find myself broken down again, I know who to call!
