Una experiencia genial

Una experiencia genial. Fueron puntuales, cuidadosos con todo y el equipo súper amable en todo momento. Hicieron que la mudanza fuera mucho más fácil y sin estrés, que es justo lo que necesitas en un día así.
Se nota que trabajan con cariño y profesionalidad. Además, me hace especial ilusión recomendarles porque sé de primera mano el esfuerzo que hay detrás. ¡Totalmente recomendables!

De "buenas mudanzas" esta empresa no tiene nada

Sinceramente, no sé cómo tienen tan buenas reseñas. Me da que pensar que son falsas, porque a un familiar mío le rompieron cantidad de cosas en el traslado, les trataron súper mal y encima cuando les pidieron que se hicieran cargo, les amenazaron. De "buenas mudanzas" esta empresa no tiene nada.

Si cometimos algún error, por favor, indique la fecha y el número de contrato, ya que la información que nos proporcionó indica claramente que nunca ha sido cliente nuestro. Por lo tanto, entiendo que tenga envidia de la atención que brindamos a nuestros clientes y de la calidad del servicio que ofrecemos.

Thomas is fantastic

Thomas is fantastic. He was friendly, on time and just got everything done efficiently. He also speaks very good English, which was appreciated. The second truck had problems with the engine, but they found a replacement within a few hours, so there was no delay. All went well, thank you for the good service. I hope I never move again, but if ai do I know who to call!

Professional movers.

The drivers showed up on time, were professional, courteous and efficient. Tomek who picked up our things on both occasions- we had two moves, was a pleasure to deal with, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Dealing with the company was straight forward and everything arrived in perfect condition, including a ton, yes a ton of books we have. We had misjudged the volume and weight of our belongings (our fault) and they arranged additional transport within two hours. I cannot recommend them enough.

From Spain to France

We moved from Spain to France and we didn't know what to expect. Our experience with Buenas mudanzas was stress free. The communication was clear, the movers were on time and they had solved our issue on the spot. We would repeat.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Very unprofessional company, they manage my move from Barcelona to France last year and added the 'premium' insurance (Old for new) to be covered, for which I payed good money. I'm chasing them since October 2023 to get my reimbursement because my furniture didn't arrive in good conditions (scratches and some broken pieces).
They are doing everything to avoid me, the 'supervisor' doesn't want to call me and the assistants don't want to give me his mobile number. Honestly, I feel scammed.. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

In response to the company's comment, my husband managed the contract with them (I already shared his details with Trustpilot) and Buenas Mudanzas employees are perfectly aware of the claim we are speaking about, which shows that my claim is absolutely legitimate. We are also surprised because their lead time to answer to our concerns and claims used to be much longer than the one they take to respond to my legitimate comment in Trustpilot.
As stated before, we contracted a service with 'EXTRA PREMIUM INSURANCE', what they describe on their quotation as 'OLD FOR NEW VALUE (if goods are less than 5 years old) If older – marketplace value only'. Our goods at that time were around 2 years old, and they started and, after 8 months of chasing them, they are asking me to fill in a form and change the Replacement value for the value we payed for the goods. Considering the inflation we've had in Europe during the last 2 years, this value would make me impossible to re-buy the damaged items (which would be the 'old for new' part of the agreement).
We are just asking for a fair reimbursement, and of course to be respected as every customer must be.
This company is trying to make us loose our patience, but we will not stop until this case has a fair resolution.

Following up on this topic, and again positively surprised for the company quick response, when normally it used to take them minimum 1-2 weeks to answer, I went on the link they shared with me and it is correct: the table is now 499 EUR.
It relevant to highlight the details from Ikea: "MÖRBYLÅNGA - Mesa, 140x85 cm - 499€ -
Precio normal 699€ - Precio válido 30.04.24 - 31.08.24 o hasta fin de existencias", what means "normal price 699€ - Price valid 30.04.24 - 31.08.24 or until end of stock".
That being shown (and easily accessible), and considering that our claim started in October 2023 (when the price was the 'Normal price'), we don't see where the fraud attempt is.
However, this make the 'new form' the company asked my husband to re-do accurate, so we would be (finally) able to receive our fair reimbursement after 8 long months.
Of course we will share through this channel the way this issue is resolved and, as professional and honest consumers, we will be open to share all the information we have once the company takes legal actions.

Thank you for your review. Like we stated before - we were not able to find your file as we have not in our base anyone called "Flor". As then you said you are wrote your comment on behalf your husband we understand that is regarding Customer called "Marcos M."

We can confirm that this case was happened and issue was because you had premium Insurance however in Terms and condition it is very clear that you are eligibile to get compensation in amount which you paid for. Here on your files I can see that you claimed for goods EUr 700 where your recepipt says paid 499 EUR. Insurance had right to reject your case due to clearly fraud attempt, but we patiently asked you at least 20 times to reissue this form with correct amount. yes - this is truth that we did not want to speak with you ver the phone as, as we asked for written proof for every words. in this type of case we need have a proof for everything.

I can bold and repeat.

Customer bought table for 499 EUR, however want compensation 700 EUR.

Customer tried to explain that he put bigger amoount due t change a price and inflation.
this is completely not truth

This is a only reason for issues which was happened.

I can also confirm that we received a new form with correct value on 23 of May 2024 (same date when we received a negative feedback. and now again we will work to offer fair and truth compensation however here fraud team is already involved.

Our reputation is a much more important as money. Due to that as I can not see any wrong point with things we did. opposite - we carefully and patiently 10s times asked you for reissue claim form to make sure that you will get compensation which you should get to incident which was happened. to be clear - only damages which was happened are one small scratch (about 3cm).

Due to above we are forced to take a legal actions to make sure that our reputation is safety. I can also bold that your case which we received yesterday 23.05.2024 will be proceeded.

¡Una empresa de mudanzas realmente excelente!

El equipo es maravilloso, profesional y estuvieron conmigo en cada paso del proceso. Chloe y Mario fueron de gran ayuda y respondieron rápidamente a todas mis preguntas.
El día de la mudanza, los conductores llegaron a tiempo y todo salió perfecto. Fueron muy rápidos, eficientes y cuidadosos al cargar todo en las furgonetas, y fueron igual de buenos al descargar en el otro extremo.
¡Definitivamente recomiendo Buenas Mudanzas a cualquiera que esté en búsqueda de una buena empresa de mudanzas!

Mudanza de Mallorca a Italia

Mudanza de Mallorca a Italia. Pedí 40 m3, y resultó que tengo más de 60... Recogí mucha basura a lo largo de los años... Lo arreglaron para que no tuviera que pagar ni 1 EUR.
¡Gente asombrosa! Realmente se preocupan por el cliente.
