If I could rate Craig higher than 5…
If I could rate Craig higher than 5 stars l certainly would. He got rid of my wasps nest, he drove an hour and a half to get to me. Then when I paid him, he messaged me to tell me that I had overpaid him, and he was coming back to give me my money. He is really friendly, but his honesty is above and beyond. I called him and he was out in the evening. That's what I call excellent service.

Craig responded to my advert very quickly, came out the next day, he’s a very friendly guy, explained what he was going to do, then advised me what I needed to do to get rid of the remains of the nest as it was to big to be removed the same day, I would have no hesitation in using Craig again, excellent service . Thanks Craig.

Job done, turned around well within 24 hours
Contacted late in the evening regarding a wasp nest. Craig was at the property and had the nest gone before 5pm the following day. No mess and no sign of any wasps. Brilliant service all in. Thank you.

Quick and Efficient and Reasonable Price
Discovered two wasp nests in my attic and wanted rid of them before they woke up. They were in an area that has no flooring so I was a bit uneasy about someone coming through my ceiling. I got a reasonable quote from these guys. Lovely guy (Craig) arrived, I got a quick appointment and he arrived when he said and took them away. No hassle just quick efficient service.

Removal of wasps’ nests.
Through Bark, Bug Away Pest Control contacted me. The gentleman, to whom I spoke, Craig, arranged to visit the following day. He called ahead to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. He looked in the loft, came and explained what he’d seen, and we agreed he would deal with the wasps’ nests there and then.
He was polite, made sure I understood the process, and dealt with the job. He removed the debris.
I am happy to recommend Bug Away Pest Control, and Craig in particular.

Speedy removal of carpet beetle infestation
Craig was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He diagnosed the suspected infestation using photos and sent me information about it and was very clear with the treatment he proposed. He was then super helpful in arranging to treat the property with my tenant within a couple of days of me contacting him. He followed up after to ensure everything had gone to plan (which it had) and we are now carpet beetle free! Thank you so much for a stress free service!
