I have already asked for a full refund. NO REPLY FROM YOU.
I have gone back to PayPal and advised the same thing. They promised to talk with you and advise you.
I AM DEMANDING MY REFUND UNDER THE Australian Consumer Legislation.
You are in breach in not so far refunding.

We have not opened the packages yet as they’re going to be Christmas presents for my grandchildren so I can’t really review what the Products are so I will finish this review and then I will let you know once we have open the packages put it together and see how the kids love it

Still haven’t received my product
Still haven’t received my product. Courier partner said they attempted delivery when I was home all day and can confirm they didn’t. Got an email saying they will return to sender. Tried calling them and I get sent to message bank every time. I want my item refunded or delivered asap
