Overall my experience has been fantastic with the level on knowledge and support I have obtained within the 1:1 program. Eric , CC and the support team have been awesome to work with in guidance me and my teammate to start their custom home build process. I’ve had an excellent experience with Eric’s mentorship program. This is not one of those programs where you’re left to figure things out on your own this is hands-on, real support from start to finish.

The focus on real estate development is extremely practical and actionable. What stands out the most is how supportive the entire team is. They don’t just teach concepts; they actually guide you step-by-step through the entire process. From understanding deals to execution, they literally hold your hand and make sure you’re moving in the right direction.

Another major advantage is the team structure. You’re not doing this alone there’s always someone available to work with you, answer questions, and keep you accountable throughout your journey. That level of support makes a huge difference, especially when you’re working toward closing your first deal.
