Stay clear of this company they are a joke and have no respect for the trade. My order was three days late and their AI bot is a joke, it kept going round in circles and telling me all morning that someone would phone back in 30 mins, no one ever did. when it did eventually arrive I got someone to check all was there and no damage. The order seemed fine until I arrived on site to find I had received Homeline products not Freefoam as ordered. the Easter break had meant I could not contact them until the following Tuesday and my men had already installed a fair amount before I had noticed the different make. On Tuesday I was told they knew they had sent Homline as Freefoam did not deliver to my area, at no time did they has the decency to inform me of this and have the opportunity to cancel the order and although the board was the same price it was 9mm not 10mm as ordered and the J trim I paid for was more expensive than the one I received . Their phone line order team did their best something their website says dont use for order queries. Their so called 24hour chat line is a joke and no one came back to me as promised. The othe thing is that what was sent had a much shorter guarantee than what I ordered. They will not be getting anymore orders from me

This has the been the worst experience I’ve had with a company in this entire current build I’m doing.
I wished I’d read the reviews beforehand. I only ordered 2 products… how could they got this wrong?? I’ve been in contact with them to try and get the correct parts delivered asap as I’m on a tight timeframe and nothing has been done.

Worst customer service, not received a response from their teams on email, tried calling the number, no one answers, no one responds on the chat service, i am waiting for my refund and there is no one to chase.

Late delivery and very poor customer service is what you will get if you order from this company.They do not reply to emails and telephoning them is is a waste of time, buy direct from eurocell it will save you a lot of time and possibly money.I wish I never ordered from them, they state 24hr order processing and 48hr delivery.I ordered on the 23/02/25 and received the order 03/03/2025, one of the items was wrong and since contacting them by email have had no response.

I have had 3 separate orders from building plastic online.These were for eco plastic fencing.After reading all negative reviews l was worried about ETA. I didn’t get a time and thinking it was not going to come. I was out only to find my order on the drive.l read to expect up to 3 weeks for eco panels.Very happy as my 2 other orders arrived today.This panels come from eurocell and much cheaper from these guys.

Been waiting over two weeks for a refund. Joke of a company.
They are just the middleman for a local plastics supplier. So if you have one close by could be worth going direct to them. All my goods came from Eurocell who were lovely to deal with and when I needed other bits worked out so much cheaper than these.
Plus there's the fact I'm still waiting for a refund for returns they've had back over two weeks now. Avoid
Goods didnt show up - repeat requests for a refund ignored entirely.
Placed one order which went ok, a second order did not arrive for a month, and repeat requests for a refund have been ignored - these people are fraudsters and criminals. Do not deal with them under any circumstances.
What a shambles
What a shambles! Placed order for over £1200 and was given a delivery date which changes to two days later the day before it was due to arrive. One that delivery day, rang up again asking for a time and was told the items were not in stock and couldn't give a date. I was promised by the director of the company the order would be delivered the following Monday. It did not arrive and was finally delivered the following day. After many calls and discussions.

Hopeless. Ordered stuff on 30th July. Didn't get a confirmation email and heard nothing until I phoned them on 5th August. Apparently my fencing is on back order with a 3-4 week delivery window. I asked to cancel the order but only received an email confirming the delay. today they won't even answer the phone.

My order was placed on 11th July 2024 and paid for by card Order No 126703 I waited patiently for it to arrive!
On the 16th July 2024 I contacted the company to see what was happening to my order as it had not arrived. I was told that my order was at the depot in Swansea waiting for delivery, and she would contact Swansea for a delivery ETA. They could not get through to Swansea as nobody was apparently picking up the phone!
I called up again on 17th July 2024 but I was told that my products were at the Swansea Depot but a delivery time could not be given to me.
I called up again on 26th July and a firm delivery date of 31st July 2024 was given.
To my surprise.....not, it was not delivered yesterday!
I just spoke to them again at 0905 this morning 1st August 2024 and was told that they would contact Swansea again and they would call me back. I did not receive a call back and at 11.11am I called them back again. I was told that a manager was going to call me but she would speak to them now to see what was happening.
I was then told that the order could not be delivered, ever, due to "Swansea Depot messing things up".
That was it! No reason why or anything.
If it is true about the Swansea Depot then someone in authority needs to attend tomorrow to sort things out.
My refund will take up to 7 days.
The only plus point over the last 3 weeks is that the Customer Service staff were polite.
