No customer support what so ever can not even get a response e out of them , bought a subscription for 1 month and it would not work , 48 hours later and I’m still waiting for a response. Stay clear. Will update this if I ever hear back from them

Been waiting 12 hours for a fix as i cannot download anything, nobody’s getting back to me and it says “we’re still setting up your account” not what i expect when km paying $20 a month

Only started using Build a few months ago, so can’t compare if it is better than it used to be. But in these months, the apps I use (mostly media) always work and get updated. So all is fine for now.

I’ve been with Buildstore since 2018, and it sure had bad times, very bad times. But since October 2020 or so, everything works fine.

I had to unfollow their Twitter because they post all the app updates there (and it is a lot), but except for this, I am happy with the store.

My subscription runs out in the summer, and I plan to re-subscribe.

I am one of the happy users and I know we are many, but we don’t post or comment much. So here is my review: Buildstore works! The apps are updated all the time, you can request an app update, you can request an app (I did and they added it within a week), support guys always reply (before they helped in Twitter DMs a lot, but not anymore), I got under revoke once - was restored in a day. Go Buildstore!

I don't like the new pricing model, but I guess that's the only way the store can survive. Luckily, I can afford to pay $19.99 monthly to use all my favorite apps still. So I will make sure to use many, not 1-2, so it is def worth it.

Very useful service with a lot of apps! All apps that's I need are working, friendly support, and a cool viral program, that can save money ;-)

I am playing several games thanks to buildstore and they all work. What else do I need?

I have been using buildstore for months and the service is just amazing. It has my favorite games and I've saved a lot of money thanks to this service. If anything goes wrong support team helps. I totally recommend using it!!

This team has Been kicking butt helping me in things like when JPA has annoying updates and now a turtle game

Builds.Io was once 20€ a year. When I bought it the service got shut down for approximately 6 months. That means I couldn’t use it or refund my money. They did extend my subscription for the 6 months they were down so that’s fair enough. The service now costs 20€ a month for 280 Apps which most of them are either outdated or don’t work. Their website ist pretty bad too because if you want to search for an app u have to scroll through all of their apps because they don’t have an search function. There is an option to request apps which i tried multiple times but it doesn’t work. In my opinion ur better of getting another service like signolous where u can sign custom apps that you want.

Half of stuff promised doesn’t work, and when you want a refund, they say that it’s against theirs terms of service, which is total bullshi*!
