Good service. I recommend it to students, pupils and teachers

I`m an art teacher and for a 3 years now I`m finding new students on Buki. Sometimes it`s pretty difficult, because notifications work really bad, so I should renew the website page to catch new applications.

I like the way managers work, every time it`s helpful and fast. As a designer I also pretty like a design of the website, and enjoy use it.

Працюю разом з Букі вже півроку. Задоволена сервісом, робота менеджерів на висоті!

З Букі співпрацюю дуже давно. І бачу як вони розвиваються. Як вчителю, дуже зручно отримати учня за потреби. Як з боку батьків дивитися, то надійний сервіс та перевірені фахівці.
Особисто я проходила годинну співбесіду,з наданням документів про посвідчення особи та освіти- перед тим як отримати статус перевірений фахівець.
Це був як повноцінний прийом на роботу.
Хочу відмітити фахівців - менеджерів.
В будь- якій ситуації- дуже доброзичливі і готові допомогти.
Для мене ця платформа найкраща.

Хороша та надійна платформа для пошуку як репетитора так і учнів. Все дуже легко та зрозуміло. Приємні куратори, та все працює чітко.

I’ve been working with Buki for more than two years and I’m generally satisfied. I regularly get applications, and through this site I’ve found great students with whom I work on a permanent basis. Everything is easy, fast and convenient. The only drawback (for me)- the tax is too high. But in any case, I’m going to continue working with them.

I have been cooperating with Buki company for almost four years and it is a useful experience. I am satisfied with the managers' relation to the tutors, they do their best at their work. As to the technical support service I can not say they are always helpful. Once they could not restore the connection between my email and the application page when it had suddenly vanished. After a week or so they informed me that THEY had such a connection (my email - my application). I was glad for THEM. But I have not got that connection till now. As a result I had to change the email and got lots of inconvenience with it. Sorry, but that is not a professional level.

Разумные и понятные условия сотрудничества. Менеджеры быстро реагируют на сообщения, помогают разрешать нетипичные ситуации

Хочу залишити відгук як репетитор. Щиро вдячна компанії Buki за можливість працювати віддалено. Також окремо вдячна менеджерам за підтримку у вирішенні будь-яких питань. У спілкуванні з батьками та учнями ніяких проблем не виникало, завжди спільно домовляємося про час та дату занять.
Сподіваюсь на подальшу плідну співпрацю! Щиро рекомендую!

Про платформу BUKI два роки тому мені розповіла знайома, за що я дуже вдячна їй. Спочатку мені, вчителю, працювати з учнями було незвично, а потім відчула «кайф» від спілкування з кожним учнем. Стала радіти їхнім успіхам , аналізуючи результати навчання, замислилася над причиною невдач. Пізніше у голові створилася власна система викладання,враховуючи надбання інших педагогів. Сьогодні можу сказати BUKI «красно дякую» за можливість самовдосконалюватися і зростати професійно. Дякую за «нову версію мене»!

As a tutor, I had a bad experience with BUKI about six months back.
Even with a lot of good reviews, I wasn't getting any applications for a long time. So, I decided to ask my husband to send an application to me and see what happens. But surprise, surprise! I didn't get any notifictions about it through Viber, Gmail, or buki.com.
Pretty soon, a manager called me and asked whether I take on new students. I was surprised and answered, "Of course I take! Why else would I have a profile?" And then she just hung up. Later, the manager called my husband and told him I wasn't taking on new students and suggested BUKI school instead. IF IT WAS A CUT OFF, how could the manager call the student and say, that I SAID THAT DON’T TAKE UP NEW STUDENTS?? @buki
After I kicked up a fuss, they said the manager misunderstood me. And all of a sudden I started getting applications again!
As I read on the Internet, lots of teachers have experienced the same situation.
As a teacher, you pay a lot of money for each order (two lessons' worth + 20% tax + an extra 25% for being verified). So if your lesson costs 400UAH a week, you're shelling out 1200UAH. It's like working all month just to pay BUKI.
