I had my atv in bullet bikes mackay 5 year old yamaha 450 fuel pump failed service was terrible no updates very rude staff and ceo Scott just agronant self centered person he said it's my folt the fuel pump failed lack of use and he said I hate warranty jobs he said he makes no money ,over 2 months to get my bike back i had to involve
government agencies to get answers
Once it was fixed after long extended wait scott told me never come back to his store where I purchased atv and now 4wd has failed and I have to travel to ayr motorcycles to have it fixed under warranty again ,so any further purchases won't be from bullet bikes mackay if I could give 0 stars I would

Took bike in for repairs. 3 weeks pass went to see how repairs were going, the had misplaced paperwork nothing done.2 weeks pass went to check again. Nothing done again as they tried to contact me on wrong phone number. 4 weeks pass only 3rd of parts arrived. Then told it will be at least another 3 to 4 weeks before they can start repairs, that will take who knows how long. Very poor service.
