Bulletproof Everyone Avis 

11/22/2021 (4:02PM CST)- Its been exactly 8 days since I've ordered and gotten no status update what so ever. I've called (about 3 times), emailed (about 2), and submitted a form (once) to no avail, which is very frustrating because this is a gift for someone I love and I know he would enjoy this.

I really want this product. I love to support American owned businesses but the customer service from this company needs a lot of work. Also please consider updating estimated shipping times on the website its very vague. This is a good amount of money I spent and quite frankly would like to know the status of the product. Hopefully some one will get back to me soon so I can update this to have a positive ending

Great product. Does what it says. Don’t know if they will ever market one that is truly comfortable to wear though. Wish the extra t-shirt carriers weren’t so expensive.

I ordered a week ago and the status hasn't changed. I emailed them asking for ETA but got no reply.

I have ordered back in September and have not received my product. The company will not return my e-mail or phone messages.
Update: Dallas called today to explain the disconnect of my order and shipped it out overnight. We appreciate this quick remedy and will be ordering again with much hopefulness of success.

I got the shirt and hoodie for my dad for his birthday. We were all super surprised by how high quality everything was! And it’s really hard to see the plates in the hoodie. A little visible in the shirt, but the hoodie is on point! And after watching the demolition ranch testing of the armor plates I am super happy with my purchase :)

All good..I think it will do. I love the no bulk.

I love this coat (The Sport IIIA); from the great stitching to the tight fitting panels. I sent in my measurements and it was made to fit me perfectly. Customer service is excellent. The reason for the 4 star is I would like the coat to have longer panels. I feel that my lower back exposed too much and there’s room on the inside of the coat to have bigger panels to cover that area. If I’m made aware of a reason for this, if possible, I will change this to a 5 star review. You can’t go wrong with this company and it’s worth every penny. Follow the care and installation instructions that they send you and it’ll last a long time.

Great product! The area close to the neck kind of pokes you in the neck when you are sitting down and leaning forward so putting a small half circle cut out in that area may be something you might want to consider! Would prefer if the panels would have covered the sides but it also causes great for freedom of movement so it actually works out ok!

I would give it 5 stars but you didn't have the choice of changing the body armor type that came with the order as in IIA TO IIIA or having the order come in with the strongest armor type you have available

Seems like I high-quality product that I hope never gets tested. The backpack is spacious and comfortable and well-made.

While I have yet to be shot in my product, the fit and stylish nature of the product makes it virtually invisible. Which was the purpose of the purchase.

Bought the IIIa product. Good panels. They softened right up after a little gentle working per the instructions sheet. Quality panels and I was thrilled to see they were made right in my home state of Washington.
