Bullion Exchanges doesn't believe in privacy
Setup my account got bank account thru plaid which I have used with another bullion dealer setup. Then they wanted photos with ID's. I don't know about you but some level of privacy is why I buy precious metals.

In some cases, especially with a first order or when certain account information needs to be verified, we may ask for additional identification before an order can be released. This possibility is also disclosed during checkout so customers are aware that additional verification may be required. It is generally a one-time security step designed to help protect both the customer and our business.
We also offered another payment option that would not have required the additional documentation, but since that option didn’t work for you, the order was ultimately canceled. We’re sorry we weren’t able to complete the purchase and appreciate you sharing your feedback.

You are the only company I'm required to enter my account number and credit card info every time I place an order. And just like other orders in the past...it takes me three or more attempts before the order goes thru. Sometimes I just give up.
