We’re sorry to hear you decided not to place an order. However, as no purchase was made, this review does not reflect an actual buying experience with us.
We have been completely transparent on our website regarding current dispatch delays, which are clearly stated before checkout. Due to these delays, all orders also receive a 5% discount as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for customers’ patience.
We understand longer wait times may not suit everyone, but we always aim to communicate this openly so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

We noticed we haven’t had any direct contact from you, so we were surprised to see the 1-star review. This doesn’t seem like a genuine experience, and it’s really disappointing.
As mentioned in the updates on our site, we’re currently going through some exciting changes, including new systems, a new website, and upgrades to our vaults. Because of this, all deliveries are scheduled to be dispatched on 31st August. To apologise for the delay, we’re also offering 5% off all orders.
