I was tutored in GCSE Maths and Science and continued with A Level Biology. When I first started, I was struggling with exam techniques and needed more guidance on my career path as I wanted to pursue Medicine. With my tutor’s support, I was able to go from a grade 6 to a 9 in my GCSE Sciences, and I went on to achieve an A in A Level Biology.

I started when I was in gcse as I struggled with maths and I knew this is a subject that is a must in most of the career pathway. They have helped me understand algebra, they have also shown me multiple ways of doing each equation and with their help I was able to get the grade I wanted and needed.

I started Biology tuition with Miss Suzana in Year 13 because I was struggling to get my grades up from a C. The sessions really helped because we went over the topics I kept finding confusing, like respiration and genetics, and then straight away practised exam questions on them. I found this really useful as it helped me remember the keywords the examiners want. My confidence grew a lot and I actually enjoy Biology more now because I don’t panic when I see past paper questions.
