Bumblejax Avis

The image upload was easy and the mounting options and prices were clear. I received an email confirming its receipt and shortly I got notice the finished photo was on its way to me. The image was beautifully printed and mounted.

“They are amazing, especially Tade. I’ve ordered two wall art pieces from them. One was custom-made due to the large size, and the other I selected from the sizes on their website. Tade was my point of contact, and he always promptly answered my emails. The quality is great, and I am very satisfied.”

I was amazed at the detail and color that the art had. It was vibrant and just jumps off the canvas and takes my into the picture like I was there. It is made with the craftsmanship that I know will last a lifetime. I couldn't be happier with the results. I know I will be buying more art in the future. The customer service is beyond what you are going to find anywhere else. They took the time to reach out to me to make sure that the art met all my expectations. Also, the images you chose, although beautiful on the website cannot compare with the brilliance of the finished art. Prepare to be amazed.

Bumblejax's quality is amazing! We ordered two 30" by 40" acrylic prints and they came out stunning. The process was super easy and they packaged our pictures extremely well. We will order from Bumblejax again very soon. Thank you Bumblejax!

Purchased an acrylic block print which was a beautiful presentation with accurate colors, nice details, and a 3-dimensional quality.
A very nice way to exhibit a photograph.
Shipping was prompt and the packaging of the acrylic block was substantial with a high degree of protection.
Highly recommended.

The uploaded photo was reproduced accurately, the turnaround time was as promised (even a little early), but my 5 stars go to how professional the final products looks!

Love these guys !!! We weren't sure what we wanted or what to expect BUT they took the time to help us and guide us to what has become several pics now on our walls. Each one is a memory that reminds of someplace or something .... and all future pics wanted ..... BUMBLEJAX is the added and unseen dimension that helps insure a super high quality piece of wall art.

very good experience with Bumblejax, a perfect finish on the acrylic block that I ordered.
the packaging is very careful and the delivery times respected.

Absolutely gorgeous finished product! We will be ordering again for sure! Customer service was excellent as well, we were on a tight time crunch and they helped us choose the shipping/rush options to get the product to us when we needed it. 100% love the finished product - 16x9 dibond!

I ordered a large acrylic block, the quality is fantastic and I got it really fast, would use bumblejax again!

The print quality is top-notch and was super easy. Would highly recommend it. I'll be using them again for sure.

Phone Customer Service was extraordinary. Warp speed delivery of a securely packaged beautiful item. No room for improvement. Thank you!

To be concise, reliability, superior quality, and great service make Bumblejax a 5 star company

I was shopping printers due to shipping cost from my long term vendor I found unacceptable. Luckily, I came across Bumblejax.
I was able to upgrade what I offer my clients and had an overall great experience. My first order was 17 prints (mostly five to seven feet wide on Dibond) and they were all jam up.

The quality is by far the best I have ever seen! I ordered a 12x18 1/2 inch acrylic print, which turned out phenomenal! There were no dust particles, scratches, blemishes, or defects, which could not be said for other printers I have used. The colors matched what I had on my monitor, and were very vibrant and accurate. The sharpness was superb, and there was no noticeable noise or print marks. Shipping is also the fastest I have ever seen as well.

Loved it. Would not use any other service in the future.

Highly recommend Bumblejax. The end product was extremely beautiful with crisp colors, great resolution and a high quality finish. Packaging was very thorough and precise, and I appreciate that mounting hardware was included (not the case for other competitors). The biggest differentiator however was the customer service - I was able to have a direct conversation then personal text dialogue with the customer service rep which was extremely helpful. He was able to address real time questions, make recommendations on optionality and was extremely responsive. Best part was that he was able to take a 7 year old iPhone photo and make it look like a museum quality piece (at a size of almost 30x40). The responsiveness, personalized service and guidance through a myriad of options was a clear differentiator from competitors, and the pricing for the quality and service was very fair. I highly, highly recommend Bumblejax!!

The print was delivered on time, securely packaged and the quality was beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from Bumblejaxs again.

I'm joining all the other 5 stars! From the moment I contacted BumbleJax and talked with Corey, to getting to see their showroom, being guided towards the acrylic float - and picking up the final product, wow! wow! wow! Amazing, detail oriented, beautiful work. I look at my photograph every day and feel nothing but awe and gratitude. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. The delivery service lost the package, Bumblejax team worked with my to replace my order and ensured it arrived at my wife’s apartment - excellent performance all around.
