Not only are the rolls thin and run out quickly- but they don’t email when a subscription is going to process. I received an email saying payment has been processed and sent a reply to cancel the order as have returned to my usual and much more superior toilet roll provider. They didn’t reply and then once they did- said there was nothing they could do. Abysmal!!!! If you’re going to provide subscriptions- you absolutely need to warn people that they are getting one OR that they need the opportunity to cancel or rectify. I have been told I can return BUT AT MY OWN EXPENSE!! After I have already paid for a useless delivery. Ridiculous company and will absolutely not be touching them with a ten foot barge pole. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

Bought the 4 roll trial pack. Delivery took 5 days to arrive. The blue design was pretty and went well with my bathroom. But that's the only positive really. We are a family of 4 and we went through a whole roll in 12hrs! The paper is so thin but apparently it's 3ply.. It also blocked my toilet several times. It feels like the cheap toilet roll you get at B&M tbh. £42 a month for 48 rolls that wouldn't even last my household a month - just crazy! 45 rolls for 12 quid from Amazon, free next day delivery and it's much better quality. Cancelled my subscription. Absolutely do not recommend.

It is very good quality and soft. The toilet paper doesn’t block your toilet, and it's good for the environment. The face tissues are also soft on your skin, especially if you have a cold with a running nose, good for removing make-up. The kitchen paper i like because it's unbleached, good for fried food when i need to remove some of the oil. This variety box can last for over a month if you live alone or you're not heavy-handed with the amount you use. Hopefully, the company will sell a variety box with more choices of how much of what items you would like in the box for a good price. Try the trial box with the 4 toilet rolls or the box with one of each so you can get a good feel of them all.

Never received my first order! Customer service said they will contact the courier! Why? It’s lost! More waste of time. Just send me the 48 loo rolls that I ordered! Won’t be ordering again with this rubbish customer service

Hi. Had recent problem contacting Bumboo to stop an expected delivery I didnt need. Miranda contacted me on Monday, an email I didnt recieve, then again emailing and phoning me this morning , excellent customer service. Thank you Miranda

Although my first delivery worked fine and the paper is okay I have now been waiting over 5 weeks for a delivery haven taken out a subscription. I will be looking for another company who may be better organised.

This company is brilliant at customer service: I have a recurring delivery of toilet paper every 3 months (much better quality than most of the other "ethical" toilet papers IMHO). Somehow I managed to transpose two digits of the postcode on my delivery address, but didn't realise at the time. After a week of no delivery I checked the tracking link to find out where the package was with Yodel - it was still at their depot. I noticed on my order that my postcode was wrong and that the postcode didn't exist. This is why Yodel could not deliver it. I tried calling Yodel, but their telephone system didn't recognise the tracking number so it would not let me proceed with my query. Their web chat does not work (the links do not go anywhere), so I couldn't contact them at all about the delivery and to give them the correct address. So i decided to email Bumboo customer service to see if they could help me. They responded in less than an hour, with "no problem, we have updated your delivery adress with the correct postcode and sent out another box of loo roll to you which will arrive in 2 days". AMAZING! I was expecting - "it's your fault/no we can't intercept the package as it it not our responsibility now it's with the courier/you'll have re-order and we'll refund you if/when the courier sends the undelivered package back" which are the stock answers from most companies. Bumboo apologised to me for not delivering the package and resent the order without question or billing. 5 star service!!

Clear, descriptive website. Fantastic product.
Efficient delivery. Great to know for very little extra, we can do our bit for our blessed, dearly needing protecting, planet.

Ordered a box of 48 costal design rolls, first order never made it due to Evri losing the parcel! I had switched from another bamboo toilet roll supplier with high hopes but disappointed when I opened the box to find the whole box was wrapped in one design rather than the four designs advertised - i put these in my holiday lets so thought having different designs would look aesthetically pleasing for my guests - think I will go back to my other supplier.

Good company, nice wrappers, they look nice in the bathroom but the quality of the toilet paper is not great. Very thin, not very soft. Have order a few times but will be looking to switch.

I love these. I find them good quality and I love the beautiful pattern on the wrapping. I can’t believe the reviews with lower stars which is not my experience at all. I’m on my third box now and just love it.

We've been using to unbleached and unwrapped bamboo roll for over a year now and I wouldn't swap to anything else. Its great quality and i don't feel any environmental guilt.

Lovely toilet roll and the wrapping is beautiful (wildflower), however I would not have ordered if I knew the courier used was EVRI.
They delivered 3 1/2 hours late (at 23:35) and left my parcel out in the rain without knocking.
As good as the toilet roll is, there is no excuse for choosing to deliver with EVRI, there are a multitude of other couriers who are much better… who weren’t so notoriously bad they had to rebrand themselves…
It says on their website:
‘Standard delivery:
Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail, Yodel and DPD.’
I ordered last Thursday, and why was EVRI used when you advise Royal Mail, Yodel and DPD?

Thank you for getting back to me - I have amended my rating as I appreciate the courier is a separate company and I appreciate your kind and understanding response.
It would have been nice to know you had to temporarily use EVRI due to higher order volumes and issues with Yodel prior to ordering - I would have held off until I knew EVRI would not be used.

What fantastic customer service.
I had ordered the christmas loo rolls instead of my normal subscription. I then completely forget to postpone my normal order . I got an email from Bumboo this morning advising that I had two orders coming out a day apart. They not only did they put one order on hold but they made sure that the one they sent was the christmas one.
Not only do they offer a great product their customer service is amazing.

We've tried a number of these types of products (bamboo sustainable/eco-friendly loo roll) from various brands, and Bumboo are definitely our favourite. A 24-box lasts for months, and works out way cheaper than regular premium toilet roll brands. Plus, there's zero plastic in any of the packaging. Customer service is also excellent and swift to deal with any issues, which is why we've stuck with this brand over the others.

I've been using bumboo for a while and am happy with the product and love the latest Delft pattern. I realised that my latest delivery was set to go to my old address so contacted the company and Miranda sorted the issue out quickly and with good humour even though the package had already been despatched. Thank you for the excellent customer service (so rare nowadays) 😊
