Seemed like a good idea
This was a simple decision. I did a little research and talked to Nina through there message system. Found out the bumper I was interested in was in stock ordered it on Monday and had it by the end of the week. I chose the Road Armor Vaquero non winch bumper. Made the mistake of not unwrapping it when I received it. Dropped truck and bumper at the body shop and they said when they unwrapped it it had a few scratches. Don’t know from who unfortunately. Never received the free gift.

Great Product...Fast Shipping!
The bumper was shipped quickly and was just what we needed from the description. Ordered over the Christmas Holiday and the Carrier delayed the shipment to us but this had nothing to do with Bumper Only. I will be a repeat customer as soon as I get the chance.
Beware of this company free shipping is a lie!
I purchased a bumper for my truck on October 24th and it was free shipping and waited about 7 weeks and never heard anything from them and finally got an email and they said they needed another $200 to ship to me because shipping was expensive.I told them to cancel my order and wanted my money back.They said it could possibly be refunded by the end of the week or the next friday..The next Friday rolls around and no refund..After many phone calls and promises to refund me I finally got my money back January 9th.Dont make a mistake like I did and buy from them with such poor practices of trying to charge an extra $200 after it was free shipping and then another 3 weeks to get a refund...beware of this company!

Old school customer service, the way it used to be.
My experience with BumperOnly was fantastic! The sales manager (Mark) went out of his way to make sure I got the best deals possible. Also he went above and beyond to help me with the ordering process, since I do not own a computer. He returned all of my calls promptly with the information that was needed to satisfy my curiosity. Thank you Mark! PS you need a raise.

I have had a great experience. I have been in contact with Mark since day 1 and he has been very prompt with getting back to me about anything i have a question about. I am super excited to see how my truck looks once my new Bumpers are on and mounted.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE BUMPERONLY
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE BUMPERONLY!! I ordered a bumper mid-September for my Colorado. After a couple of weeks after my order I had not heard anything on a shipping confirmation. I reached out and was told it could take 4-5 weeks for that bumper. After the 5 week mark I again had not heard anything so I sent another message and they told me they would “reach out” to the manufacturer. They did not relay any information to me and after another week went by I personally reached out to the manufacturer and within 5 minutes heard back and was informed this bumper would take 3 months for me to get. After disputing that information with BUMPERONLY I told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The fact that I had to put in more work to figure this all out was incredible. The refund process took another 2 weeks because “they had to get the money back from the manufacturer” and I only received my money after threatening to start a claim with PayPal and getting the BBB involved.
Do yourself a favor and buy straight from the manufacturer or find a trusted site to do your business. BUMPERONLY only wants your money and when it comes time for a refund they do not want to accommodate. In the time it took for all this, I ordered another bumper, received it and put it on my truck before my refund came back.
If you like headaches and the worst most incompetent customer service you’ve ever experienced then by all means these are your people.

Product damaged, poor support
The bumper arrived with scrapes and gouges, was so bent that it was not even useable.
I let them know about the damage and shared pictures, asking for a refund. Long story short, its been over a month and despite being told I was getting a refund, it has not come. I had to escalate to my credit card company and have wasted a ton of time trying to resolve this. I would not be leaving such a bad review if the issue was resolved quickly.

Beware of Ordering online!
I was all ready to order online. And a pop up window appeared offering a discount if you give your email. No discount was applied and I was told your order had to be $2500 to receive a discount, that they just did that to collect email addresses. I promptly cancelled my order. A shame that otherwise reputable looking companies engage in such unethical behavior. I would have ordered without any discount instaed they got no order and a bad review.

Consumers BEWARE of bumpersonly
Bumper did not fit my truck or even close I was told pretty much too bad and I'm out $1,099.00 plus never did get my gift of light bar I was supposed to get . I will be reporting to BBB and telling everybody I know to beware it was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had and very costly.

I purchased a new Ranch Hand FBF175BLR …
I purchased a new Ranch Hand FBF175BLR bumper from BumperOnly.com for my new 2017 Ford F250 King Ranch on 9-11-17. I called Mark the sales rep and also Ranch Hand several times to make sure that the new bumper would work with my surround camera and adaptive cruise that comes with my Ford 250 before I purchased. The Ranch Hand website advertises that the bumper is camera ready and sensor ready. The picture on BumperOnly.com for this model number above is not the correct picture. This is why I called several times to check to see if it will work as the website was incorrect. Mark stated that the part number was correct and that my bumper would work with the camera and adaptive cruise. The bumper that was delivered was the correct bumper as shown on the Ranch Hand website.
I got the bumper partly installed and discovered that the bumper blocks the camera view and makes the front camera useless. Also the bracket that came with the bumper for the adaptive cruise once installed made had previous from the factory. As the bumper was being installed and we were discovering the problems, I was on the phone with BumperOnly.com and Ranch Hand both trying to resolve the problem. Neither one offered any help and Ranch Hand told me that it works and nothing is wrong but I told her it is obvious that the camera is blocked and adaptive cruise does not work. I even emailed pictures to Mark at BumperOnly.com showing the camera view. I also contacted Bumper Only.com several times by phone and email and the sales rep acted like they would help me to ship back the bumper since it was not like advertised. Later that day while we waited to get a response, the sales rep sent an email that they would not help to ship back the bumper and that I would also be charged a 20% restocking fee. Talk about false advertising and poor customer service. If you are looking for a bumper for a new 2017 Ford 250, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUMPER ONLY NOR RANCH HAND, as they will not stand by what they sell you. I have had replacement bumpers on every truck I have owned for over 20 years. So this is not my first experience with bumpers. Have always been pleased with my other bumpers so I was completely shocked how I have been treated during this purchase especially spending around $1,500.00 for the bumper not including installing. My only option now is to take the bumper off and try to just sell it locally. So disappointed.
