I love the files, the reason only for the 4 star is I don't like some many different little pieces. I always have to weld and cut so I'm not cut so many.

I ordered a svg file and it will not…
I ordered a svg file and it will not work with my software. I emailed them twice to ask for help with no response. Even though the svg didn't cost much, it was something I needed and now I have to search for another one that I can use. I will not buy from this company again.

Can't get a good cut
I bought this to downsize some and cut for a scrapbook layout. To get it to cut to a 5.50 inch size it is impossible to get a good cut.

Very disappointing
