Bungu Avis 

I had a great first experience with Bungu. I stumbled upon them on Instagram, had never heard of them before.
Came to see other people’s experience here and took a risk of ordering from them.
So, I just received the package and it arrived extremely fast for coming from Japan to the Baltics. I placed the order on 30th June and got it today on 6th July. Sometimes things from Europe won’t arrive as fast.

I really appreciated the packaging, it was packed in a lovely Furoshiki. It really made my day, as if I was opening a gift.
I will definitely order again in the future.

Ich habe mir mehrere Stifte, einen Lesezeichen, Radiergummi, ... Ich habe es nach Deutschland senden lassen und es kam eine Woche später problemlos an. Die Artikel waren sehr liebevoll verpackt und mit einem Tuch wurde es zusammengehalten. Sehr japanisch und wunderschön.

Painfully slow to despatch and when a problem with the delivery company, which they chose, they tell you to sort it yourself in a poorly worded impersonal email. I definitely won't be buying from again.

Their packaging shows a great attention to detail, making it feel more personal than I expected. The stickers are also of excellent quality.

Wer tolle Stifte und den besten Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

I first discovered bungu.store on youtube shorts an was impressed by the products they showcased and japanese stationary. So I ordered $220 worth of items as birthday gift (10 days before). After payment I got an email with a disclaimer that orders are shipped within 1-4 business days and delivery 2-7 days. Fast forward to today (8 days later) my order status is still "unfulfilled". This obviously pissed me off so I wrote them an email outlining my grievances and they replied a day later with an apology, a 15% discount code on my next purchase, and an explanation that 2 items have not yet arrived to their warehouse.
Their reply definitely improved the experience but it would have been nice if they had sent an email a few days before explaining the delay.

Bungu had some great Studio Ghibli limited pens for £14 and honestly I’m in love. It was speedy air delivery and came in a super cute little bag with a postcard as well as the pens I ordered honestly the best purchase and would definitely recommend and order from here again. Only minor minor grip is the £10 air mail delivery fee but honestly I understand why it’s that expensive. The goods are worth it. 10/10 for cute station for those into anime culture.

Delivery was super speedy! I totally understood that extra needed to be paid due to coming from Japan but was genuinely still surprised how quickly my order was prepared and shipped. I'm super happy with what I've gotten! In addition, it was packaged well and was provided with some wonderful art prints that I keep displayed near my desk. 10/10 would return and order again due to the amazing accessibility for items from Japan for a reasonable shipping rate!

My order arrived later than I needed and although I was initially frustrated, the company refunded my money and I was able to return the items.

The pencil was available on Amazon and Uniball website for 35 was being sold by them for 46. Not sure what was special.
Order arrived a week later than given date (around 18 days after original order).
I wish I had checked before ordering. And the customer service was terrible.

I bought 2 pens from this shop. I'm so happy I was able to buy these pen because I live in Germany, Europe. It is often difficult to buy specific pens like this (from Asia) or to get a specific color. I was really happy when I've found this store. I hope they are going to sell more products from Japan.

I was very surprised because the delivery took only about 3.5 days. Normally, it takes forever for packages to arrive from Asia. And what I find amazing: finally, a shop with no hidden costs. At another online stationery shop, I had to pay import fees, and the postal company here informed me only one hour before delivery.

Great experience. Order was complete, shipped out within 4 days as promised, good communication about the status. I got some pencils and leads, arrived in perfect state and even in a lovely wrapping.

Was sceptical at first due to little online mentions other than the YouTube channel, but all arrived well. Took 12 days, cheap shipping for smaller items, other sites would have charge twice as much per item. Can Recommend 👌👍
