Hello Joseph,
We're sorry for not meeting your expectations. We did a check with the warehouse and the factory in charge about the package, all accessories were included. The extra pair of eyes and the extra wig was shipped separately though.
We've also been asking you to send us photos and video of what you received and the "wrongs with it" that you were referring to, but we have not received it until now. There is no way for us to justify your claim, thus, hinders us to help further more.
We appreciate your feedback!

Beautiful realistic
Beautiful realistic doll. I tried a few dolls first for business there in the US for me and my friend. Glad we found this company. Old supplier is using cheap materials now. Bunny love doll is more durable and detailed. It looks like the picture 95% at least. We will buy some more when Im back from businesstrip

Hello Mark,
We're glad you like our dolls and how we created them. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and make sure that the money spent is worth it.
You made the right choice! we know there are a lot of scam websites out there, selling old stock dolls, and sending random dolls to buyers, and we feel really bad for them.
Please let us know about your next purchase so we can provide a discount since you are a reseller.
Have a safe trip and take care always.
Cheers,
Belle

The doll was heavy and the vagina was to small for me i guess that it's made for smaller men but the doll was very pretty and her skin felt real.

Hello Ronnie,
We do appreciate your feedback, however, you should know that the vaginal and anal holes are small because it's unused and brand new.
The TPE material is elastic, over time, it will stretch. Is it possible for you could give us a better review since you mentioned that the doll is very pretty and it's realistic?
It is unfair on our end to get a 1-star review. You could have asked us or researched about the characteristics of TPE.
We carefully crafted these dolls using PREMIUM QUALITY MATERIALS ONLY to ensure durability and we also provide $200 worth of gifts.
We would appreciate it if you can give us a higher review.
Thank you very much!

Well worth the price!
I bought the London doll and couldn't be more happy. I received an upgrade and got the larger doll cause it looked more like the pictures. Belle was very thorough in answering all my questions and helping me with the purchase. The dolls are very good quality and well worth the price!

Legit premium and affordable
I canceled my order from another website because the doll looks horrible!! Nothing like in the picture at all! Someone named Belle called me and offered their website, I checked it and even though they have less than a hundred dolls it was really beautiful ones and I was not lied to. I ordered the doll Daniela she is so friggin hott! It came with free extra eyes, wig, cleaning kit and it it a legit premium doll. I AM happy with my purchase. NOW I left the US for business , and I stored Daniella just like how I was instructed. I WILL see her again in a couple of weeks. This website os legit!! Highly recommend this

Dealing with Joan was wonderful. She cared that the product I ordered was going to be of the quality that I expected it to be and it was.The doll I ordered was Riley and she is just beautiful. The photo's of her on the website don't do her justice. This company cares what I think and I think that they are awesome.
