Experience was fine except for the up selling at the end

The order was easy all the add on questions were annoying but other than that was easy and quick

Well, so far I'm not gotten the product yet so I can't say anything on there. Ordering was easy usually is. They sent me an email to sign up through the app that has been difficult every time I try to use my email or a password I am struggling to get that set up. I am not understanding why but it makes me second-guess.

The website content was detailed and helpful; the purchasing options were reasonable but I do not like continued ads for add-on purchasing. While the deals may be good, it makes the buyer feel like the original purchase itself will have poorer results.

Clear instructions, taste is good.

It was easy to navigate but I do get annoyed when after you make a purchase and pay and then are asked “do you want to add this?”

Fasting must not be for system. Made it through day 2 but almost passed out at work. I cancelled my subscription a month ago and was sent another order and charged. Customer service was not helpful at all. I do NOT recommend. Highly overpriced for what comes in the kit. Just buy some bone broth, get some fiber powder, and some electrolytes powder all low calorie and that basically what you get for $160. Complete waste. Oh and I know I didnt finish it but I gained 3 lbs in the 2 days I completed.

It was very easy, except for at the end when they try to plug all the extra stuff. Just let me make my purchase and be happy with it.

Beware that upon purchase, you are automatically signed up for a subscription, whether you want it or not. The website does not make this clear. Then, the subscription is almost impossible to cancel. I went round and round with their customer service via email, being told I can cancel by logging into my account. However, that does not appear to be a function on their website. I was never able to login, yet when I told customer service this, they just pointed me back to the website. Additionally, they told me that I got a discounted price because I signed up for the subscription, and that in order to cancel, I had to agree to another charge to pay the difference between the subscription price and the one time only price (yet there isn’t a one time only option anywhere, apparently, as that’s what I thought I had purchased.) I finally got my subscription canceled without paying the extra fee by threatening to file complaints with the FCC for false advertising.

When using the product, this seemed like a false advertising, too. They claim that the supplements will keep your hunger away. Let me tell you, that is definitely not true. Plus, you’re already at risk of dehydration due to the lack of food, but then the main ingredient in all the supplements is sodium. Despite drinking a lot of water, I was so dehydrated that my urine was orange.

I do not recommend this as a safe or healthy way to lose weight.

This is my second order and am pleased with the results but when it comes to ordering i would prefer not to have a dozen more offers thrown at me before it is completed.

It definitely helped to kick start my weight loss journey and I could not have fasted 3 days without this guidance. But BEWARE. I bought this because it was supposed to be on sale. There's a catch that I learned after one month. That discount only applies if you subscribe to the monthly 40.00 subscription. And there are two subscriptions, The burn box subscription and the fasting app they sale. So I got duped into paying an additional 80.00 on top of the discounted 150.00 I paid for the fasting kit. I would not recommend doing this for 200.00 but just wanted to put the awareness out there that they will slip these subscriptions in if you do not cancel them immediately and they will void any sales price you paid if you do cancel it. Felt very deceiving.

it was very easy. The discount was great however, I didn’t like all the products that you were trying to upsell at the end. Looking forward to trying it.

I agreed to buy a product but I didn't agree to any subscription or repeat charges.

Ordering is super easy. I don't like that it automatically enrolls you in reordering and the app. Personally I don't use the app so the last time I ordered I was charged for the app and didn't realize it. I cancelled it going forward, but I was still charged $30 for not using anything. I hate that stuff. Give me what I ordered and don't enroll me in subscription stuff that I then have to go back and cancel.

I , have an intermittent fasting protocol in place for every day. I incorporate the 3 day fast monthly. The first round went without a hitch. The second 3 day fast happened at a very inconvenient time , due to circumstances beyond my control. I made it through, but every day was a struggle. I'm hoping and planning my 3rd round for sometime in May. Hopefully it will workout better, timing wise.

The product helped me get through the 3 days, however, I think it was more psychological than anything else. Having the 4 sachets as points in the day to anchor my journey helped. I’m on the fence, when it comes to the taste of 3 different drinks, I nether liked or really disliked them, but they wouldn’t be my first choice if I had other options to choose from. Overall I’m pleased, this was my 2nd box out of the four, and will definitely be competing them all.
