Amazing service! Last time I designed an IKEA kitchen it took me days to do what Alex can manage in a couple of hours. He understands all the important elements of design and working with the space you've got, and knows IKEA's options inside-out. Alex is friendly, easygoing and responsive, and the whole process was fast, expert and incredibly good value for money. I would recommend Burra Design to anyone who is looking at designing an IKEA kitchen. I only wish I'd known earlier that such a fantastic service existed!

Alex of Burra Design has produced a superb design for our new Ikea kitchen. The process was effortless - clear, quick and easy, with Alex really engaging and collaborating with us to deliver the design we wanted. He offered high quality advice on the practicalities and aesthetics during the initial 2 hour consultation and subsequently via phone and email to get the design just right. The initial design was prepared overnight following the consultation, and updates made within a matter of hours. Burra will really help you get the most out of an IKEA kitchen through the design of clever custom components to suit your space, lighting and other details. We really recommend using them to design your new kitchen.

We recently worked with Burra Design to help us design an IKEA kitchen, laundry, mudroom and wardrobes as part of a major renovation at our property. Alex is very knowledgeable about the IKEA product range, due to his experience from an installation point of view and having previously worked at IKEA. It meant he was able to seemlessly transition us through the process from initial design brief to execution with his connections in the industry, and we are so pleased with the end results. We didn’t have the greatest experience at our local IKEA store and weren’t filled with confidence when we first visited, so decided to use Burra Design’s services instead and would 100% recommend them to anybody.

I've done a few kitchen renovations before and thought I knew what I was doing but I'm so pleased I enlisted Alex's help. He not only understands the inner workings of IKEA cabinetry, he also has insight into the assembly and offers great suggestions regarding functionality and design. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and had some amazing ideas to make our kitchen and laundry much more functional and feel more spacious than what they were.
