Great service. I had an issue with a product and it was sorted out instantly, I spoke to Lorna and she was incredibly helpful and efficient with sorting the issue I had.

Excellent service from Francessca.
Requested a return and got this organised within less than 24hours without any issues.
Very friendly.

Incorrectly ordered a product and wanted to cancel the order, which was out for delivery.
I contacted customer service to see if it was still possible to cancel and received a very prompt reply from Francesca who had immediately actioned my request and had the delivery re-routed back to the Curry's warehouse for return and credit.

We had a great experience for our school where we ordered a class set of laptops at a great price and they were delivered within 48hours.
We have used Currys before and they have always given us great service!

Natalie, was super supportive she was able to help me with a return and a refund.

You did what you said you would, recieved my order on the date, I required it for.

Slow service - needed the item quickly and it's been nearly a week since ordering and order has only just been received. The website chat wasn't helpful to business accounts; I got told i needed to call a number but when I'm at work, I don't have time to sit on hold.

Last 2 orders were supposed to take 2-3 days, I waited weeks for the products to arrive. first time it was in the warehouse and non was the wiser the second time, not even a courtesy call to advise that the items were delayed. I appreciate that these items are from a 3rd party supplier, but the supplier should NOT advertise the items as in stock and ready for dispatch if that is not the case. This causes a headache when you are relying on office consumables you can easily get from Amazon or eBay albeit a few pounds more. The delay in receiving the items do not justify the lower price. Never received a phone call with an update despite being promised.

Do not buy from Currys. I bought a TV that broke down after just 2 months. I called for a repair, but they ignored me and never called back. I had to chase them down just to book the repair appointment. After 1 week I received message from curry’s they could not fix the TV. They said will send an e-gift card within 24 hours so I could get a replacement. It has now been over 48 hours and I have received absolutely nothing.This has been a horrible experience of wasting both my money and my time. You constantly have to chase them to get basic service. Companies like this need to be heavily fined for treating paying customers this way. Avoid them at all cost

We purchased a mobile phone and the time to get it working was very tight.
Quentin provided excellent support and acted very quickly, so all was managed on time.

The phone package was also competitive price wise.

We can definitely recommend the Currys Business team.

Ella and Pill was very helpful, Ella assisted me almost instantly over the telephone after another colleague near non refused to help and said I needed to wait for an email to authorise a return and replacement for a damaged screen. Ella helped me straight away, got the return arranged and collection - great service by someone who really wanted to help. Pill has followed up with me thereafter to ensure i'm happy and the screen is working fine now. Thanks for a fab service!

I was working with Lorna for my currys business account order and she was able to help me over the phone and via email process a refund for my original order and issue a new order and delivery for my fridge freezer that arrived the following day

Great products and fast delivery but if you have an question/query that you raise with customer service you don't get a response no matter how many times you chase. Automatic reply says I will receive a response in 48 hours. 1st email sent on 7th July, 2nd email to chase sent on 10th and 3rd chase email sent on 17th July and no response to any of them.

UPDATE: from the reply I got from Danielle, the email address supplied bounces back, so I'm still no further forward.

Jag, Sati and Ishan from Curry's Business are absolutely fantastic they are a credit to your team. They always go above and beyond, very helpful, friendly and efficient. They help make sure that I always get the products I want or on the times products are not immediately available they always recommend a suitable alternative to keep my business running smoothly and my clients happy.

Visited Portsmouth store today to look at two products, did not expect to fund first item as it was not included on the web site. How ever after wandering about and not finding the product finally found a gentleman wearing a tabard with something like " needing some help" on the back. After informing him of what we were after were told, at the front of the store, and walked away. So wandered to front displays and not finding it asked another employee, saying it was behind the desk, no one there to serve just had to wait, so the item we wanted was a personal cooling fan to wear on the neck, he showed us the box but said we could not see the item only the sealed box. So we asked ,it's this the latest model, yes he replied, it's on the box, but after I read the details it said 4000Mah battery, but we knew the latest had a 5000Mah battery, clearly did not have a clue, and cared even less.There are many sales personnel there just wandering about probably more concerned how soon closing time was away than offering help to customers. This is not the first time we have witnessed this, do i have to help a customer attitude. While others just sit stareing at screens doing nowt. I find it surprising that this store is still in business, and I add that i think it surprisingly if more than 6 customers were in the store all the time we were there. Currys have the monopoly on electrical/electronic goods and white appliances, but the customer service needs a swift boot up the rear end. Robin

John went above and beyond to help source and secure the fans needed for the hospital. He worked extremely hard throughout the process, maintaining excellent communication and keeping us updated on availability and delivery arrangements. His commitment, professionalism, and proactive approach ensured that our requirements were met within a challenging timeframe.

I found both the assistants that served me to be professional ,knowledgeable
about the items they were selling.
All in all I was very impressed and def will go to the store rather than online
