Great team very helpful

Lacey- a Business Support Specialist was extremely helpful and resolved very quickly our company query, when our order was stuck in the system due to system outage. Due to her action we were able to receive on time our order. Thank you very much, Lacey!

I had an issue with delayed tracking and then delayed invoices coming through (two items on my order were dispatched via different suppliers), Lorna at customer service was very patient and helpful in assisting with both issues, really good service overall.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give Currys Business a single star.
I paid for a laptop on 8th June, and the store failed to provide it. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.
The store staff have been dishonest and misleading throughout the entire process. They protect themselves instead of taking accountability, and every explanation contradicts the last.
Currys Business is not professional at all. I strongly suggest everyone be careful — their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their staff do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

I’ve been dealing with Annie May if thats her actual her name is as she lied before. over what should have been a really simple mistake on Currys’ side, but somehow it has turned into a full-time job.

All I want is what I paid for. Instead, I’ve been met with attitude, laughing, been hung up on multiple time, being sworn at, and then being given a different name when I asked who I was actually speaking to. At this point, I feel like I’m ringing a comedy sketch rather than customer service.

In a world where Amazon and much cheaper options are available you’d think the minimum standard is semi decent customer service

I recently purchased a Synology RT6600ax router from Currys Business and and noticed it was cheaper on the official Synology site a couple of days later. Dropped them an email to see if they'd honour their price match promise.
Lorna was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. There was a slight technical issue on their side that initially delayed things, but she kept me informed every step of the way and ensured my refund was processed quickly and smoothly once the system was back up.
She was professional and genuinely helpful – exactly the kind of service you hope for when dealing with a business supplier.

Thank you again, Lorna – I would definitely use Currys Business again.

First class assistance from Christopher Spencer when making my first purchase - a fridge/freezer. Christopher was exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable of the products, courteous and professional. Sam and Angel were also helpful.

The business team are reliable, quick and very professional in any dealings we have had with them.

Daren at Cambridge branch went above and beyond in trying circumstances .I T problems he eventually got things sorted for me

Delivery vehicle BF68 YAA extremely disrespectful, They couldn't find the address so became angry over the phone the passenger was swearing and shouting in the background at me because they drove straight past us twice and he was angry that he couldn't find us. When they arrived at our location and i walked away to get the pallet truck they drove off, i called their number back and they laughed down the phone and said ' well we've decided to cancel your order' I am now left without my order after waiting over a week for it to arrive. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered a monitor that was supposed to be delivered in 24 hours. Nothing but an order number came. Followed up twice and was informed that their system was having issues and someone will be in touch. Still no updates the following day.
Really disappointed on the lack of updates or empathy on the delay.

Specifically requested for an update by the end of the day and still not had any comms back.

I had a little issue with a product and James from
Senior Business Support Specialist helped me resolved it very quickly. James kept me inform through out the process and kept providing excellent services. I normally do not write reviews but due to exceptional service provided by James i am compelled to write this.

I'm appalled at the shockingly bad customer service I've received.
I ordered and paid in full for a washer dryer, I received a confirmation email detailing my order the same day.
I had booked a time specific delivery six days later (today 24/06/26), made arrangements to be off work to take delivery and moved furniture around to allow access.
Having not received any delivery updates by text or email I called half an hour before my delivery window to check.
After holding for 20 mins, I spoke to an assistant who again put me on hold for a further 10 mins before cheerily informing me 'my order was cancelled due to technical issues'
Had I not called to check Currys would obviously not have informed me.
I was offered the opportunity to re order?!!!!
HA! Why? For more poor service?
Now waiting for a refund, however long that takes.....
Definately will not be using Currys again.
I'm off to place an order with AO as they seem to be able to fulfil their orders.

Excellent sales team, back office and logistics is a shambles. Had terrible problems connecting with DHL ecommerce as your carrier, shipping numbers, tracking etc etc . Somewhat bizarrely I had an excellent experience with DHL ecommerce just a few days later from a different supplier who seem to have got their integration with DHL much better sorted.

As always Curry's Business HUB (the Bristol Cribbs Causeway Business Hub) is a centre of excellence. Regardless of what Staff I have engaged with I have always been satisfied and they have been both helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Especially when things don't go as planned they have stepped up and there has not been a moment where I wasn't sure they would resolve it.

Regardless of whether you need some help, advice or guidance they are there to listen - even if you don't buy anything. I run my own consultancy business and having a team such as this is invaluable.

Currys always finds us the best products, at the best prices and are always accommodating when we need the items in a hurry. Staff are really friendly, professional and helpful.

Lorna was really attentive and kept everything moving really efficiently, we really appreciate how everything was handled. Thanks to her we were able to do a really quick turnaround and keep business flowing as it should!

UPDATE:
- Emailed them as requested by their reply.

- Email address was invalid and bounced back because it appears they spelt it wrong.

- Emailed the correct address and heard nothing back. 9 days ago as of updating this review

Original Review:
- Received an unprompted phonecall about an item in my basket saying something along the line of they can offer a discount and would email it over. (Didn't email it over)

- I then emailed them back about the discount

- Received a quote for £120 MORE than the basket price

- Emailed them back to query it

- Received a "Sorry, ... it was being put through our system with a completely different price ... I have just sent you a new quote "

- Receive a new quote, this time, for £65 MORE than the basket price.

- Emailed back to query. Didn't hear back. Now the item has gone out of stock.

Complete waste of my time.

(The account manager has been nothing but polite. This is a criticism of the company's processes/internal tools)
