I had to phone 4 times before getting my changes to my public liability insurance as they kept saying we will ring back but never did

I appreciate how disappointing it must have been to have to call several times whilst waiting for an update on your public liability insurance changes. Having reviewed the matter, I can see that your request required referral to your underwriters, which unfortunately meant we were not able to provide an immediate outcome. I can also see that you contacted us the next day for an update before Holly was then able to call you later that afternoon.
Whilst there was activity on your request, I do understand that the communication fell short of what you were expecting, and I am sorry for this. We know how important it is to keep customers updated properly, particularly when a change is awaiting an underwriting decision.
