I have yet to receive my order #21970 (02/08/2023. I was informed by D PD carriers that the order had been cancelled. No communication from Busy Beans!
On this basis cannot recommend Busy Beans to others

Trustworthy company with great products
This is a great company with a high quality of products. I love being able to get buckwheat that's not from China! The organic arrowroot is great as is the paprika, basil and the pecans for example. The customer service is excellent and I got my shipment the next day.

Great products and fast delivery, I found some ingredients that I've been looking for for a while, but aren't easy to find here. I'd love if you restocked on the other mushroom types or if you brought more mushroom species, I'd buy them for sure

Week later still waiting for the…
Week later still waiting for the response from Busy beans about damaged item. Nothing been resolved! It’s not very good customer service when customers have to chase them and not getting any answer.
Update: 22/04/23 - I did reply and sent 3 emails in total chasing my refund along with 3 photos on my first reply. Please check your spam filters as I have had no failed delivery messages for my emails.
