We make pasta and tempura batter mix and sell into foodservice. The products were never the problem. The problem was that the operators who choose them had not heard of us, and we needed to fix that across all fifty states rather than in one region. BusySeed held a brand awareness mandate for the whole engagement, running organic search, paid social, Meta ads, content and lead generation. Holding that mandate is harder than it looks, because there is always a pull toward a metric that reports more cleanly. They did not drift. Leads improved, visibility improved, and organic ended up carrying the most weight, with traffic more than tripling over the engagement. It was slow to build. Much of that was ours, given the spread of the audience, but if you are considering them you should expect a longer ramp than the pitch might suggest.
