brilliant butchers with great ,friendly staff and high quality produce. I usually visit in person ,however, this time I ordered online to ensure the order was available to pick up (and to make it easier for staff at a busy time). Very easy online experience and my order was ready to collect at the agreed time . I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Excellent and very highly recommended.

good food
Always use this butchers, although used their online ordering system for the first time! easy to use although still had to queue to collect which was the whole point of pre ordering as was short of time. The fish mongers i use has a different door just for collections.

Hi Sarah, so sorry for the confusion. Any collections don’t need to queue, the collection times are for before we open . Just make yourself known to a member of staff and we will get your order. I shall look to make this clearer for future customer collections . Many thanks James

Literally saved our bacon!
I couldn’t have thanks James for going above and beyond. My husband caught Covid between Christmas and New Year when we were meant to be going away and we had to isolate. We couldn’t get a food delivery and I placed an order thinking it was for two days, but I’d made it for the following week. James not only delivered the next day when they had no availability but managed to deliver all the items we’d ordered! Literally saved our bacon.
