Next day delivery is an utter joke when…
Next day delivery is an utter joke when you are charged £6 and it takes a week.... and by their own admission it was due to cock ups at their end, when I suggested they might want to refund the delivery charge I was flatly told no. Well, guess what, I won’t be returning ever again. There are plenty of other places to buy from, nothing special about you!
Also remember my previous purchase from them came with several missing items, when I told them, there was a distinct attitude of distrust from them, I must have been making it up, it couldn’t possibly have been their mistake.... had to be me. Yeah, won’t waste my time or money here again.
*Update..... on providing this review (and letting them know about it) about an hour later I got an email, offering me 10% off my next order and a refund for the postage costs incurred, on the proviso I remove this review........ guess what. Review stays. Keep your bribe. I will gladly shop elsewhere.

A Great supplier for butchery and presentation equipment
Ive always had fantastic service from "Butchers Sundries" and always at a fair price.
I would recommend them to anybody that asked about equipment for butchery. I won't buy from others now even if they're cheaper.

We have used both the online shop and the eBay shop with ease, the customer service team are always very happy to help should you have any enquiries.

Great Product Range & Fast Delivery. I have placed a number of orders from Butchers Sundries, which have always arrived quickly and without hassle. The mini burger press from them was great for letting my children make their own homemade burgers and the meat glazes I have tried are delicious.
