Not true to what the state
The state withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
Withdrew my money fine 24 hours passed was told within that mu withdrawal would be put through and all of a sudden the requested my documents fine I send them across instantly short while after they were approved , contact numerous times being told my withdrawal would be processed today however no update has been given
I’ve only ever deposited £200 on this site there should of been no reason to request documents I’ve played on plenty casino where withdraw very large amounts and never asked for any verification
Fair enough I know every casino is different but why am I still waiting for my withdrawal if all my info has been approved !!!
They also put my deposit limit to £50 which is ridiculous
Won’t be playing again it’s a shame I really thought with reviews I woulndmt be putting bad reviews

Joined tonight easy site to use and I had good experience as won quite a fair bit money by depositing £10 with welcome bonus. Withdrawal process is 24 hours from butlers bingo as told by chat advisor who answered straight away. Not a lot of games to choose from compared to other casino/bingo sites but still good choice.
