Absolutely horrendous, stay away from this website. Signed up, had a few wins on the locked wagered bonus then by the time you have wagered nothing was left, managed to get up to £70. After that not one win, not even one bonus after multiple, I mean multiple spins. I agree with other reviews this is just an abosolute scam. At least with other betting sites you get more frequent wins. I have lost £200 on 20p spins.

Fine until you try and withdraw
As others have said, all is fine until you try and make a withdrawal then they will ask for more and more documents before claiming you have broken some unspecified rules so they can withhold your winnings. They wanted a selfie with me holding my passport, front and back of my card, 6 months of bank statements, explanations for unrelated transactions on my statement from months ago, payslips, a bill, then they claim I broke the terms and stop responding. Same with their sister sites glossybingo, rosybingo, diamondbingo. Scam site. Avoid.

Signed up to butlers bingo with no problems. Customer service is fab and very quick to answer your query. Withdrawal does take a while but it does eventually arrive by 6.30pm same day or 6.30pm following day. I withdrew yesterday morning and recieved winnings yesterday afternoon.
