Amazing Customer Service
Amazing Customer Service! From clicking 'buy' to receiving a tracking number was about 45 minutes (phenomenal), and every step of the process was also noted with an email explaining the step.
The Butt Buffer itself is nothing short of a miracle. I just bought a new (to me) bike, and the stock seat was causing me quite a bit of pain, essentially I couldn't ride more than about 30 minutes without being incredibly uncomfortable. After attaching the unit to my bike, which took roughly 45 seconds using the attached hooks, I jumped on my bike for a 2+ hour ride, and I never experienced ANY discomfort or pain. I'm astounded, and couldn't be more pleased.
NOTE: I purchased the Medium Pebble Polymer unit.
All in all, an excellent purchase from a fantastic company. I will not hesitate to purchase another, and I will continue to recommend them.

Relieved sore butt
Relieved sore butt. Note: do NOT order the black cover as it will become very HOT when parked in the sun. When I contacted Butt Buffer about this issue, they sent me a grey/lighter color which resolved my hot ass problem.
