I had a really positive experience and wanted to share. Richard was incredibly professional from start to finish—patient, understanding, and genuinely took the time to listen, even while I was going on about a previous bad experience with another company. It made a big difference.

He offered a fair price for my caravan, which I was really happy with, and everything was handled smoothly. Collection was carried out by Peter, who was prompt, polite, and very friendly—made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Payment was made promptly before the caravan was taken away, which gave great peace of mind.

All in all, a straightforward, honest service. A well deserved 5 stars in my opinion.

I contacted Buy all caravans as we have decided to give up caravan holidays! Spoke to the office staff who were so helpful. It was 2 lads Jack & Josh that came out to carry out the inspection, very well presented lads, helpful, polite and explained everything to me while carrying out the inspection. I was given a very fair and reasonable price, payment was made immediately. They then took the caravan away. Would highly recommend them, thank you once again.

Had a satisfactory offer, but when they came out to inspect they said they could all kinds of problems. Needless to say I've had it serviced and checked and everything is absolutely fine and sold my caravan to someone reputable so I would say AVOID THESE CROOKS. ONE STAR COS I CANT GIVE MINUS STARS ON HERE.

An excellent company. Josh and Jack who collected the caravan were amazing, like 2 instant helpful lads, a couple of jem's, a rarity these days!

These guys responded to my enquiry quickly and efficiently and were prompt to reply to further e-mails and messages.
They arrived in Kent as promised and after a detailed inspection they honoured the provisional offer they had made.
Polite and friendly and world away from some of the other ‘sharks’ I have encountered, I have even recommended them to a friend who wishes to sell.

From start to finish the customer service has been excellent and professional, would highly recommend. Gave a fair price for our caravan and funds transferred immediately.

Richard was very professional on the phone.
Jack was very friendly when he came to collect the caravan but unfortunately found damp in the floor which we were not aware of. We accepted the revised offer, got paid and Jack left with the caravan. Very stress free process.

Our caravan had issues we were unaware of, and Nick explained the problems and made some helpful suggestions. They were unable to meet our expectations price-wise, but then came up with a solution with which we were more than happy. Instant payment too. Would 100% recommend.

Prompt replies and good communication. The only company bothered to talk despite online promises from other companies, they cared! Decent people who gave an honest independent appraisal of the caravan, immediate payment and full detailed report.

Every step of the way these guys have been polite, accommodating and helpful with the initial quote to coming and looking at the caravan.

Genuine, honest and nice people helped me with our caravan even though we couldn't come to a price to work between us because of the age of the caravan, gave great advice and would recommend to anyone looking to sell.

I input the information needed on their website and within a few minutes I received a call asking for more information about the caravan and our reason for selling. We had Simon come round the next day to assess and take the caravan away. Unfortunately the sale didn’t complete due to the repair work that had been carried out from the dealer was poor. Simon was so helpful with advice and we appreciate their time and efforts to make purchase our caravan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I decided to go with Buy Any Caravans due to their positive Trustpilot reviews. I had quotes from other companies, but when pushed, they added a bit more. Their comms via Beth were great, and their collection chap Simon was in touch as promised. All went to plan on the day with Simon doing his checks and inspection. However, when it came to relaying his report back to the office to release the funds, it all became a bit confused and muddy, leading to Simon leaving without the caravan, and us being very confused, bewildered and a bit angry! HOWEVER.....Within the hour they had absolutely redeemed themselves and went from 1 star to 5 stars. They couldn't apologise enough for their internal breakdown in comms and asked how it could be fixed and it is never their intention to let people down. We agreed a way forward and Simon returned from an hour down the road to collect the now paid for caravan. THEY REALLY DID MAKE THUNGS RIGHT. Furthermore, a couple of days later I realised I'd forgotten to empty a drawer and they agreed to post the contents back to me, foc. Things don't always go to plan, but its how mistakes are rectified that makes all the difference. I'D HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING BUY ALL CARAVANS.
