Fairly easy and straightforward process, got a fair sale price after engineers found a hairline crack in the screen under light.
The tracked shipping via AnPost integration was a big factor in trusting the service. I was a first time customer/seller. The process took less than 10 days including a weekend from online form filling to payment received.
Will use Buyaphone.ie again in future.

Absolute con
Absolute con, get your phone then exaggerate the smallest defect which you have never even seen and drop the offer by 5x!! Rely on you being fed up and not wanting the device returned. Clever really but just sell to a friend or on eBay, done deal etc in future

You sent us a device that had a crack on the rear camera glass, so we would hardly call that the "smallest defect:
If you were not happy with the offer then why did you accept it in the first place? We tell you when we send a revised offer and quote "If you do not agree with our offer please reject and we will send the phone back to you at no cost. If you are happy with the offer and have no issues with it please accept the offer and we will proceed to payment."
We also didn't receive any communication from you to say that you were unhappy with the offer so how are we to help you in this situation if you don't reach out to us.
Very disingenuous if you ask us.

Offers don’t match the reality
The vendor’s proposed description of the condition of the phone are quite ambiguous. Based on the description I thought my phone was an average condition and the offer was acceptable. However once they received my phone they slashed the offer by two thirds. Otherwise the process was fairly simple.
