Mobile Notary was sent to where we were and signed the papers. Money was in the bank the following day. No closing cost, no hassles. Took house as is and relieved the pressures of a house sale off our back.

Payment was deposited in our checking account within days of the closing. Fire damaged property is condemnable, uninsurable, and a huge liability if it someone sustains an  injury there. My wife and I were relieved when the sale was completed and happy with the cash we received.
